Like the title says, I am seriously impressed with this! Opening up the box, I was surprised to see how meticulously it was packaged, with a note from the founder. It’s rare to see that attention these days, and honestly made me feel good about selecting this item to purchase out of the many available.In addition to the impressive packaging, the ring itself is very sturdy and sleek. I believe it comes in multiple colors but I’m an all black gal myself and love when my workout gear feels chic because it motivates me.I’m hoping to spend more mindfully in 2025 which means cutting down on my gym expenses, so am happy to have this added to my gear for future YouTube workouts.

The quality seems a bit lacking compared to the ones I use at the Pilates studio, but it seems fine enough for home use. Feels good in your hand and the size seems right.

The product came nicely packaged with detailed instructions for use. The instructions are well written, categorized by type of exercise, and include representative pictures to help your Pilates workouts takeoff.This circle beats the others to me. It is much lighter and comfortable compared to the foam material ones I’ve used at the studio.

This come with the hoop, instructions, and a storage bag. I used the hoop along with a Move With Nicole video on YouTube after trying out the recommended exercise in Pale Clouds’ guide. It does several things, all good, including increasing resistance, improving form, and deepening focus.For example: the hoop can held between the open palms and pressed while doing any pilates exercise which the arms aren’t supporting the body. Standing with your arms over your head, add the hoop and press– boom! deeper ab work, lats, inner arms, back, pelvic floor even. Alternatively the arms (or legs) can go inside the hoop and resistance can be from pressing outward, bridges with this around thighs just above the knee: oof the burnnn.It helps with form too, I found it especially helpful in side lying leg work: with top ankle on hoop and bottom ankle inside the hoop, it keeps the top leg elevated and still to isolate lower leg; or with ankles holds the hoop between them, preventing me using legs to lift themselves when the movement should come from the obliques.tbh this is my first and only experience with a Pilates hoop. I was initially afraid press hard in or out on it because didn’t want to break it and/or injured myself if it did snap. But I’ve put this through it’s paces now and it’s trustworthy (and effective!) I love the coating on it, that soft almost velvety silicone gives the perfect level of texture while staying easy to clean. It also is a really good conductor of heat, quickly, almost instantly matching my skin temp even on chilly early mornings.I’m really happy with this hoop/ring/circle and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in bodyweight strength training and flexibility, whether they do pilates or not.

Great Pilates Ring for Beginners!
I’m just getting into Pilates and did a lot of browsing before picking a ring—I’m so glad I chose this one! It feels very sturdy and well-constructed, with good resistance and comfortable grips. It even came with a helpful guide showing different exercises, which is great for someone new like me. I love that it feels like I can get a full-body workout from such a simple piece of equipment. The included carry bag is a nice bonus, and I like that it doesn’t take up much space. Definitely a great addition to my home workout setup!
