pH Adjust is a water-soluble powder supplement that balances pH levels, as well as supports and maintains alkaline conditions. Because pH Adjust alkalinizes the body, it can help counteract overly acidic conditions (acidosis), including those in the digestive tract, blood, kidneys, and other organ systems. pH Adjust provides a simple, powerful means for achieving healthy acid-base balance in the body.
pH Adjust should be mixed in water or added to coffee, tea, juice, or any healthy, organic beverage.
pH Adjust contains only potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate, and small amounts of glycine and silicon dioxide (0.5%).
pH Adjust not only counteracts acidic conditions, but also acts as a buffering agent. This means that while it increases pH levels by neutralizing acids, it can also act to buffer overly alkaline conditions. Consumable liquids that might be higher than pH 8.0 (very alkaline) could be reduced by pH Adjust to the normal range of pH 7.4–7.6. This buffering action helps avoid overly alkaline conditions (alkalosis) in the body, but more generally keeps pH levels within normal ranges, neither too acidic nor too alkaline.

Using pH Adjust
Dose Information
One dose of pH Adjust is 1 gm (about 1/2 teaspoon). For extremely acidic conditions, try 4–10 doses per day, depending on acidity level. Use pH paper to ensure pH levels remain balanced and do not become too alkaline (alkalosis may occur above pH 8.2).
Testing pH
Litmus paper is used to test pH levels. To test pH, dip a strip of pH paper in a small amount of saliva or urine. The color of the paper indicates the pH level. Litmus paper comes with an indicator chart with colors corresponding to pH levels.
Test Until You Find Your Balance
It is best to test your pH levels in the morning before consuming food or drink. Salivary and urinary pH are affected by recent food consumption, so re-test several hours after eating, and additionally throughout the day as needed.
Target pH 7.35 – 7.45
A consistent pH measurement of less than 7.0 indicates you are too acidic (values less than 6.2 show extreme acidity). This indicates you should consume more alkaline forming foods and / or take pH Adjust. A single dose of pH Adjust can change conditions in the body from acidic to alkaline within a few hours.

This should be branded the magical white powder for sure. For months I tried ACV pills, ACV drinks, baking soda, lemon water, etc and could not tell any difference in my levels before finally stumbling on this. Instant results!!My dr says to take smaller doses frequently instead of large doses every several days like I have been. But I often forget. And in large amounts this stuff tastes very salty, so what I recommend is mixing this recipe up in a water bottle such as the Blender Bottle to mask the taste.12 oz of cold milk5 T. Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Mix1 T. PH AdjusterYou can still taste a tinge of salt in this recipe but it is totally drinkable and hardly noticeable. MUCH better solution then those terrible ACV drinks!You can adjust the recipe according to your needs, but this will raise it from 5.5 if you’re low to about 7.5 within several hours. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach you may wish to halve the recipe instead of full dose. Also, a lot of the PH tests on Amazon are garbage, I only recommend the Micro Essentials Labs tape roll.This company gets my deepest gratitude for finally providing me a product that works phenomenally, and I definitely will keep buying this stuff during my illness for sure. Don’t ever let your PH drop below 7, and 7.5 is the ideal level but it’s better to be a bit too alkaline then too acidic so don’t worry about taking too much that you go over 7, you’ll be fine. Extra minerals are good for you
Today, I exercised doing weighted pullups. I’ve been doing these for several years, so it’s very routine for me, but today I noticed something different. I did not feel the pain in my stiff joints, or back, or muscles (lactic acid) like what I typically feel. Fatigued from the exercise, yes. Pain, no. Ever since I was a teenager, several of my joints would ‘pop’ and I became accustomed to it. Sometimes the ‘pops’ were a little painful or just annoying, but always relieving nonetheless. Like a relief of pressure. I regularly use dietary oils and MSM to help with the joints and muscle inflammation which has generally worked well for me. If I reduced my intake of either of those or if my exercise volume increased (with no increase in oils or MSM), I notice more joint and muscle pain. However today, after only 3 days with this product, there is no general stiffness and my muscles didn’t fatigue as quickly as before. I suspect then that I have been mineral and/or bicarbonate deficient since my teenage years. Also, I’m not sure if the minerals make me feel mentally calmer due to the support of my nervous system or due to the more relaxed state of my joints and muscles. I don’t know if my saliva or blood alkalinity have increased, but that’s not important to me. Improving the capacity to remove waste, toxins, etc from the body is the desired result. I hope to remember to update this review next month to report results over a longer timeframe.

Great product if you can hide the odor
I used this product for four weeks. I began to see results into the 2nd week. My eyebags began to diminish, and my nails became noticeably stronger, but I had a difficult time managing the powder/odor aspect of it. I’m not a coffee drinker but I could hide it well in coffee. I tried mixing it with water and juice but the smell was too strong for me. It has a porky odor, like chitterlings. If you’re ever eaten or been around chitterlings while they are being prepared, you know what I mean. Great product in terms of results! Ive since purchased a capsule base collagen that I’m very happy with.

I started out making Alkaline water with Baking soda ( sodium Bicarbonate), and then I found this product on Amazon. This has Potassium Bicarbonate and magnesium carbonate. The substitution of potassium is now believed to be more beneficial than loading sodium levels up in your system. Also adding Magnesium in your water helps with ionic reactions in your healthy water. If you really want to investigate healing water check out new research on EZ water the 4th stage water. Water creates this exclusion zone next to surfaces it touches creating a layer of + ions around the molecules and – ions in the surrounding water (hydrogen ions). Does not dissolve completely in water
Although this product does indeed change the PH of your drinking water, you have to constantly mix the water to keep the powder in suspension. I will instead purchase the liquid PH drops the next time.

Saved my health.
pH Adjust made it possible for me to quit being almost totally disabled. I spent five days in the hospital with little help. I could not get in or out of bed or even sit up without major help. I was barely able to walk and had to use the rest room every 2 hrs. I was released from the hospital after 5 days with little improvement. I then read the result of test they had taken in the hospital after being dismissed. My chloride level was to high and I looked up the cure for that – baking soda – which worked pretty well. However the pH Adjust worked better. I can now walk, get in out of bed and walk without help. The Doctors all thought It was a part of my Parkinson disease. ( read the symptoms of excess chloride in the medical part of the internet. I had them all)

Feel much better, lot less pain.
After a few days of taking this, I’ve felt a better sense of well being. Also, a lot less pain over all. I don’t feel tired as often as I used to. I did some yard work today in 95* degree heat for about an hour and didn’t feel very tired when I finished.
