I’ve only been taking the SharpMind vitamin pack for a few days, so it’s too soon to see major effects. I’m curious about how Neuro-PS helps with cognitive support, memory, and mental clarity, especially since I struggle with brain fog. Ginkgo Biloba is a trusted ingredient, and I love the turmeric-curcumin combo for its anti-inflammatory benefits. I look forward to seeing how Neuro-PS impacts stress reduction and cognitive function. The ingredients are solid, and I appreciate the brand’s partnership with Vitamin Angels. Overall, I’m hopeful this will help clear up my brain fog over time!One tip: when removing the pack from the dispenser, I recommend using scissors to cut it open. The packs aren’t perforated well, and trying to rip it can sometimes open the next pack. Using scissors avoids spilling and makes the process easier.

Easy to use and keep track of. No more messing with tons of different bottles every day. These are a selected variety of vitamins and supplements specially to help boost your mental clarity. You simply tear off one little pouch every day and take the included supplements. If you had to buy each of these individually, I feel like it would cost more, and you’d have to deal with storing and opening and closing all of those bottles every day. Plus, this company makes other blends if you have other health needs you’d like to target.

Fiddly packets, but convenient.
These individually packaged vitamin packs come as a spool in a dispenser box, which makes them easy and quite convenient to take daily. The box itself has a 28-day chart on the side so you can mark off daily if you choose.The box itself is not specific to this vitamin blend, so one annoyance I have is that the supplement facts and SELL BY date are provided on a separate leaflet rather than just printed directly on the box, You could tape it on yourself for reference if you choose, but you would need to cut it apart to fit and tape in on. My particular box has a sell by of June 2025, which is only 3 months away.That aside, the packets themselves need to be carefully separated from the roll by tearing from left to right, but you need to tear in the opposite direction to open the packet. This can be another annoyance if you’re not paying attention, as the packets aren’t always well-perforated (tear slowly) and tearing opposite of the directions will result in just spilling the contents instead.Each packet is also numbered in x/28 format so you can keep track of how many you’ve taken or how many remain even without using the provided chart.Each packet contains 1 Ginkgo Biloba capsule, 1 ‘Neuro PS’ softgel (which is called ‘Brain Support’ instead inside the leaflet), and 2 Omega 3 w/Tumericurc softgels. Each is fairly easy to swallow (although the large Neuro softgel is quite large, which might be an issue for some).I haven’t had any ill after effects from these as yet, they seem to agree with my stomach just fine. It is recommended to take this at breakfast with water – I usually remember to take them an hour or so later and have not had any issues.Too soon to say if these have improved anything for me, and as with most supplements that will vary from person to person anyway. If you already take some of these separately on their own, this might be a good combination to try.

Not sure about this one.
While I like the idea of taking supplements for brain clarity, I’m not sure I’m a fan of this particular product. First, they are clear about the ingredients in two of the supplements, but the large dark capsule just says “brain support blend” without telling you what the ingredients actually are. How will I know if it will interact with my other medications? Next, the single serve packets do not separate cleanly at all – the first time I tried to tear one off, it tore open the next packet behind it and spilled the contents out onto my floor. I now have to cut it with scissors every day, which definitely is NOT convenient like it’s supposed to be. And lastly, the price seems very high for a less than one month supply. I do not recommend this product.

This is great for travel and On The Go. It’s so convenient to tear a pack off the roll and be on my way. Each packet is labeled with the contents. Great mix of supplements all ready to go.

Awesome packaging.
Super smart packaging. All supplements are placed in a bag, serperated in a strip. One bag a day, and they have a large counter on the back of the bag so you don’t lose track of which day you have taken. Came well packaged and all instructions are easy to understand. Love them, very easy to swallow as well.
