Does what it waseant to do
Sturdy and mostly easy to use. Keep instructions hany so you will know sequence of number flashing. I can’t see them well with my old eyes but the price was good and fit my needs and wallet.

Good product
My husband bought this to exercise after his bilateral knee replacement. It worked really well especially on the carpet, but the clearance was a little bit of a problem, and sometimes his heels would catch. the wraps around the toes were very very stiff as well. That’s the only reason for five stars.

Not a good fit for us
Got this for my husband. His left left leg is weak and left arm only moves a lil. It was easy to put together but his heart didn’t go in the straps much. Even with the mat that came with it the machine would still slide around a lil. The knob to make it harder/easier to peddle didn’t loosen much. Since his feet weren’t strapped in enough his left would fall out even if I held it in place. His feet would hit the side while peddling. He couldn’t sit too close to it in his wheelchair so he had to lean forward. This was not a good fit for him. Will probably return.

Great piece of exercise equipment upper& lower body
I bought this pedal exerciser to use because, due to having a health problem that many times prohibits me from using a standard exercise bike (lack of balance, yes, you can turn an exercise bike over, trust me) and having to “white knuckle “ a treadmill just to keep my balance (with it on flat) I wasn’t getting enough exercise.I am really pleased with this pedal machine. I am able to use it for my legs and I can feel the exercise all the way up to my hips, lower abdomen, buttocks, etc. I can also place it on a table and use it to exercise my arms.I had an older version of this machine but this one has some improvements. For one thing, it moves more smoothly. Secondly, you can adjust the tension up or down ( which works well for me because I have “good “ days and “lesser good “ days plus I can work my way up.This pedal machine is amazingly well made for being around $37 so it is a great value for the money. It’s so lightweight that I can actually carry it outside on most days. The pedaling is super smooth so it doesn’t jerk my arthritic joints. It does have a little readout for time, distance, calories burned, etc. I don’t really count on most of this except time. I read somewhere that most exercise machines are set to “guess” calories burned as an average for a man of 180 pounds (I guess they have to get it somewhere). That would not fit my weight or metabolism. The “distance “ is definitely off as I can do 1 hour and get a “ distance “ of “0.57 miles “ (lol) whereas my exercise bike would give me 5-8 miles (depending on how fast I pedaled )But that is not a big problem.I definitely FEEL better with the regular workouts and I simply record my time. Being an older adult with multiple health problems, I am just thrilled that I have found something that I can use and that I definitely feel better.A lot of days, I just read or listen to music or watch my dog’s play while using this and I don’t even notice that I am exercising. This is a great value for the money, a great piece of exercise equipment for the legs, hips, buttocks, abdomen, arms and shoulders and I highly recommend it.

Rough
Not smooth ride. Can’t get a rhythm at all. Not usable

Easy to assemble and easy to use
The correct size for exercising your legs

Difficult to work
Very stiff movement, even without any resistance applied to the wheel. I purchased to use as PT for my elderly mother who loves the appearance more than the performance. Hence I cannot return the item. 😡
