Paradise earth blend has a broad selection of absolutely clean products with FEW exceptionsI purchase their multivitamin with iron, their multi B complex, vitamin C, zinc and other others because they have NOTHING UNWANTED added… Only what you want in a capsule. After much research (as usual) for the cleanest product at the best price, I highly recommend this product in particular for superior health benefits.I have 175 subscriptions, although I certainly cannot afford to fulfill all of them or need all of them every month. I am just suggesting getting subscriptions to take advantage of discounts while enjoying the best products without any added ingredients, stearates (lubricants which reduce your absorbency rate up to 67%!), silicon dioxide, rice powder, rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch or any other forms of sugars or sugar derivatives, such as dextrose, maltodextrin, and many others which elevate your glucose levels.I look at the ingredients AND other ingredients of every product before choosing wisely. Paradise Herbs Milk Thistle has one ingredient: milk thistle. In a gelatin capsule. No fillers. Bottle was properly sealed and expiration date was almost three years from date of purchase.rs from date of purchase.

Milk thistle is a must for me in my supplement regime. This particular brand has zero everything but Milk Thistle! I like that because I don’t like all the additives that many supplements contain. It’s an excellent price for 60 capsules. That’s a two month supply for me. I can recommend.
