On a midlife crisis workout binge and these were perfect to hang in my home gym. Total beginner here and these have helped a lot.

Double Sided
These are double sided, and include the resistance bands and stretching posters, and on the back have suspension 1, suspension 2, yoga with blocks, and yoga posters. If you’re ordering multiple sets to make sure you get the yoga and suspension posters, you’re paying twice for the same product. This should be in the product description. Other than that issue, the posters themselves are really good quality.

Big bang
Big bang for the money. I ordered for the resistance band workout and flip the chart over and found suspension workout , also the stretching chart and yoga poses chart. Good quality charts.

Unrolling a pain…
It’s not that easy to re-roll these backwards,so you can keep them flat. However…one thing I did not realize is that they have additional workouts in other areas on the back of each poster. I just assumed that I was going to get all of the same based on which ones I chose.Since I’ve got additional workouts in other areas, I fear that the other three that I purchased will have repeats. If that’s the case…they’re going back! Also…even though they have laminated these posters, they crease and dent very easily; because they come rolled up. So when you’re trying to unroll them, you end up pinching the poster, and so it doesn’t look as good after you try to get them undone.They’re going to give me the exercises that I need. It’s just they’re not going to be as pretty; because of the way these were shipped. I realize you can’t ship them flat, because of the size. But I wish for some reason I realized that I’m getting different types of exercises on the reverse side that I didn’t intend to get. It wouldn’t bother me if I had only ordered only one set. However, I ordered three sets. So again…if I get a lot of duplicates they’re going back!Once the other two sets come in, I’ll come back and do an update on my review.

Treasure Trove of Info
I purchased these for the resistance band exercises, and was pleasantly surprised with the addition of yoga and stretching, along with easy, medium, and advanced levels.
