I’m am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Gives me extra energy

These weren’t easy to take because of their weird taste and smell but I did take them for a while. I can’t say if they helped with anything or not. I didn’t feel any better or worse when taking them. I guess they could work for some people but for me, these just weren’t that great.

This Orzax B-Complex is typical of B multi supplements. They differ a bit in the amounts, but they’re all pretty much on the same page.I’ve recently been using Life Extension B-Complex, so I’ll use that as a basis for comparison. When contrasting the two, bear in mind that Orzax regards a “serving” as one capsule, whereas Life Extension defines its “serving” as two capsules.Orzax (one capsule) vs. Life Extension (two capsules):Thiamin ….. 100 mg vs. 100 mgRiboflavin ….. 50 mg vs. 75 mgNiacin ….. 25 mg vs. 100 mgB 6 ….. 10 mg vs. 100 mgFolic Acid ….. 400 mcg vs. 0Folate ….. 0 vs. 680 mcgB 12 ….. 100 mcg vs. 300 mcgBiotin ….. 500 mcg vs. 1,000 mcgPantothenic Acid ….. 50 mg vs. 500 mgCholine ….. 20 mg vs. 0Inositol ….. 100 mg vs. 100 mgCalcium ….. 0 vs. 50 mgPABA ….. 0 vs. 50 mg==============Some things to note.* Orzax contains Folic Acid but no Folate. Folate can lose its potency if exposed to heat and light (such as when you cook or bake foods containing Folate).* Orzax contains Choline, which Life Extension does not. Orzax is proud of this. Its label touts: “All B Vitamins with Choline.”* On the other hand, Life Extension offers Calcium and PABA, which Orzax does not.* My above list compares amounts by “serving” size (one capsule Orzax vs. two capsules Life Extension). But if you compare amounts by capsule (one to one), you’ll see that Orzax offers more of some ingredients, but even so, Life Extension offers more of some others.* Orzax comes in opaque capsules (see my photos). Life Extension, like most B multis, has clear capsules containing orange powder. When I opened Orzax’s opaque capsule, I found that it too contained orange powder.* Both come in capsule form, which is good. Tablets contain binders that can hinder absorption, so generally, I prefer capsules, softgels, or tinctures.In summary, Orzax is a good B multi, not much better or worse than competing brands.

effective for improving energy
I take vitamin B because I’ve found that it helps improve my overall energy during the day. I usually take a pressed tablet so I was interested in these capsules in terms of efficacy and tolerance. I found that these worked as well as my usual B-complex and have a similar smell. They just don’t turn your urine as yellow as the more brightly colored tablets that I had been taking.I found these easy to swallow and could tolerate them well. I didn’t have any negative experiences such as stomach upset, vitamin burps or changes to bathroom habits. This is a large supply so it is reasonable value.

B complex is extremely important for the human body to work well. There are many reasons that the body can be low including poor diet, poor absorption, increased need, and failure of the body to save. Because Orzax brand provides in nearly every case more than the daily RDA it really increases the amount of vitamins available. Because many other brands provide a minimal amount of the B complex this brand is more likely to meet the needs of the body and allow healing to occur. The capsules are medium size, tasteless, and I had no difficulty swallowing (significant because I frequently have difficulty swallowing). They are dated and storage instructions are provided on the bottle. Well-recommended.

Seems to be a good formulation
My mother’s answer for everything was “B complex,” so I tend not to think to supplement it. (Long story, but I’ve always been resistant to taking my mother’s advice, may she RIP.) But I’ve been feeling fatigued and not terribly mentally sharp for a good long while now (I’m pushing 70), so I decided to get this product and start taking it regularly at lunchtime. So far, I’ve only been taking it a few days, so it’s hard to rave about it just yet, but for the price (about $6/month, and the bottle has a four-month supply), I’m going to take these at least until this first bottle is gone. I really do hope my mother was right!

COMPLETE B supplement. Price is EXCELLENT
This is one of the most complete B supplements I have ever purchased, really. For that reason, it is worth it if you need to supplement without adding other products in because this is missing something. This is missing nothing. I am still trying to figure out if this is causing me to flush, as some B supplements do from the niacin, or it could be that I am just hot as it is still summer in the south…… For the price, $24, this bottle will last you FOUR months taking 1 pill a day. Excellent value at $6 per month!
