I liked it since I saw it. Seems natural, elegant and potent. Once I read all the benefits of this mushroom I knew I had to tried it. What I don’t like is that you have to take 3 capsules but it really is not a big deal for something that’s going to help you improve your well being. Lion’s Mane supplement
I have been taking this product for a month now – do I really know it is working? No. The only thing I can say is that I am having less problems with short term memory and am able to read and study where I was not before. I also have seen some improvement in my blood sugars. I am sticking to it due to the long term benefits of Lions Mane mushrooms.

I Feel Great, But Also Swimmy. (Struggles with Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Attacks) 27yr old male
I have been taking this product for two weeks now and my overall mood has changed INCREDIBLY. But there are some side effects, that I like, but am weary about. The first day on taking lions mane, I found myself incredibly paranoid, like I had smoked cannabis or something without the high. I was sitting at work eating my lunch when I noticed my phone appeared to be sliding off the table. As a knee jerk reaction, I jolted to catch it when I realized it wasn’t actually moving. At this point I thought to myself, “Holy crap, I’m about to clock into my shift and I’m tripping my nuts off!” (I used to be quite the psychonaut in my hippie days and am aware of the effects of psychedelics and cannabis). So I hated this product at first, but I realized the next day when I woke up, I was READY FOR THE DAY! The paranoia was gone and I was happy ALL DAY LONG, which is not a normal thing for me.I feel like I needed to write a review for this and explain that this stuff has changed my life, but it WILL make you feel a little swimmy, almost as if you had an extremely small micro dose of magic mushrooms. This product will NOT get you high, but it was give you the feeling of contentment even while sitting still and can really help with ADD symptoms. It has also helped calm my social anxiety and I am much more talkative and have now begun to seek out social conversations… which is the BIGGEST thing I love about lions mane. I don’t recommend taking a lot of it at first tho. Be smart. Thank God for mushrooms. They heal people in ways no other medicine can. HIT THAT RESET BUTTON!

Works well, may take time
Have had a lot of neurological, physical, and mental issues for the last 10 years. The last thing to really degrade me was an attempt at a clinical round of st johns wort. It ruined my memory completely, even more than my medication for my chronic pain. I was leery of trying another herb to try and fix it, but i have gone from being unable to do a crossword, to doing an easy one in 15 minutes or so… 2nd bottle so far, but i won’t be stopping until i see where this goes… i miss my brain.

Pure health benefits with the additives
This is a great product that uses pure lions mane without a bunch of other junk added in. It has so many benefits although I would like to see some of that information on the bottle.

Nothing Noteworthy
I’ve tried these with and without food, one pill to three pills a day, but I didn’t notice any cognition enhancement. If I take three at once, it can cause slight body acne and bad smelling urine, which I thought may be from a reaction with coffee’s acid and sugar so I’ve taken it with more water and not with coffee, which seemed to be related. So make sure you’re getting enough water and cut back on acids/sugars. But I still couldn’t notice anything beneficial towards improved thinking, such as for reading and assignments. I don’t know if I simply didn’t need to take these or if the effects of Lion’s Mane are exaggerated but I was expecting something more. I took a break from them and started taking them again just to be sure as well. So I don’t know how well these are working but overall they left me feeling disappointed as though taking them made no difference at all. If they did improve my mood and brain function, it would’ve been very subtle. Based on reading the other reviews, it seems like these function specifically towards helping those with troubled thoughts rather than being an overall brain booster for learning. The price was not bad though.
