Noticed HUGE Difference when Stopping
I’ve been taking a minimum of the 10 Mushroom complex supplements for 3 months now (started just to help with hair growth) and just recently, ran out. Usually, I skip weekends sometimes (2 day period) but have never missed more than that. Well since I was out, I got to day 4 without having any. It took me 3/4 of my day to put two and two together, but that entire morning and throughout the afternoon I just felt ‘sad’ and just in a weird funk, so to speak. As I was driving home from work, I got quite emotional and I couldn’t get my thoughts in order and then I started wondering where it all came from. What changed in the last X amount of days? And that’s when I realized that I hadn’t taken my mushroom supplements. Now, I do take other supplements and I was also out of 2 others, but regardless, I 100% feel that this contributes to my overall mood. Its so subtle but now, I don’t think I would want to go without it. Just for reference, the other vitamins/supplements that I take with it and also ran out of are evening primrose oil and a collagen, Biotin, Keratin, hyaluronic acid, and saw palmetto + vitamin. I highly recommend ALL of them!!

Very good for many health issues
I have no problem taking these. I take them for inflammation and building up immunity, but I also have much more energy, have even been able to stick to an exercise plan for the the past 3-4 months. I will keep taking them.

I used to drink a similar product, I won’t name it because I don’t want to advertise this product.It doesn’t work for 5 days, I have to go back to the old product.
