    Just like the ones at my Physical Therapist. Let’s me continue my PT routine at home and away.
    This is the identical device I had been using at physical therapy sessions following an ankle injury. I bought one to use at home between PT sessions, and then had another sent to a relative’s home, where we visit. So now I can use it at PT, at home, and during visits to family. The OPTP Rock Ankle Exercise Board, is simple, sturdy and has helped with improving my range of motion and strength. Since I starting using the device under the guidance of a PT professional, I learned to use it effectively. It’s not hard. The board comes with a leaflet on the basics, but I suggest that a new user get instructions from a physical therapist or exercise therapist.The board is about 15″ in diameter, and about 1.5″ high. I comes with plastic tote bag. A large label warns not to use it on a surface, such as a wood or tile floor, where it may slip out from underfoot. A carpeted floor or even a even a non-slip floor mat seems to work fine.Amazon’s price was considerably lower than a local pharmacy that sells it and other devices. With Prime, shipping was fast and free.

    Really good product. Works great.
    LOVE this for physical therapy and strengthening my leg muscles. I’m rehabbing my knee and this definitely has helped small muscles and balance.

    Its tricky to use but very good for balance.Have to force myself to do it, but as you get older – this kind of thing is necessary.

    Sturdy and well made
    First bought a wooden one which is too heavy and clunky and surface appears to be unfinished. This one works very well and is not too heavy.

    Perfect for balancing.
    After knee surgery, I was having problems with not only my knee healing but also my balance. This helps keep me focused and has strengthened my core. It’s actually fun to work on and very easily done while watching tv.
