Definitely worth the money
This is a solid little bench. It is small. Max bar height is 40″. A few pieces of 4×4 will clear up most people’s issues. The build quality is good. Feels rigid. Everything does what it’s supposed to. I am quite happy with this purchase.

Says you needtwo people to put together but you don’t. I put mine together by myself. Solis little bench. Fits my Olympic bar. Packed pretty nicely and directions are very easy to understand. Very happy with the product. Only thing I can say negative is the leg extension. Wish it was a little more steady.

Flawed and dangerous
Dangerous. The large peg that holds the weights popped out when I was lifting weight up. Simulated in video (with less weight). It is narrow which is why my arm brushed and rolled the peg out when I lifted. Ever saw any other benches with this design either but it is flawed.

Ok bench not for power lifting
The bench press itself is on the smaller side. I’m 6ft tall 240 lbs. It’s not that sturdy. The foldable design ππ» is a plus. Over all its a 2 out of five

Too short for leg extensions
The bench is sturdy and made from good material. My only complaint is that it is too short to perform the full range of motion for leg extensions, as seen in the video. I am 5β 11β, and my feet hit the floor. I had to raise the bench by adding 3.5β blocks under it to make the height correct.Other than that, I like the adjustable bench, weight holders on the back, and the small compact footprint of the bench. It also accommodates Olympic plates with a separately purchased 8β long 1β to 2β sleeve adapter on the leg extension.I will be keeping this bench after my modification, but wanted to share since others may not have 3.5β wood blocks lying around for this.
