Initially, the flavor seemed a bit youthful for my taste, but it quickly grew on me, especially when used during my intra-workout routine. The flavor is surprisingly intense, which some reviews have criticized, but for me, that was actually a benefit. I prefer a greater volume of hydration during my workouts, so mixing just one scoop with nearly 20oz of water gave me the perfect balance of flavor intensity to fuel me through my extended training sessions.What really stands out is the clean energy this pre-workout provides. With 150mg of caffeine, it’s the perfect amount for someone like me, who is sensitive to stimulants. It gave me that solid push I needed to get through my 3+ hour gym sessions without causing any jitters or crashes. Great Ingredients, But Overpowered by Salty Flavor
The blue razz cotton candy flavor had serious potential, but unfortunately, the high sodium flavor completely overwhelmed it. What could’ve been an enjoyable, candy-like taste turned into something way too salty—to the point where I almost spit it out. It’s a huge letdown, especially since the formula includes some of my favorite pre-workout ingredients like citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine, and caffeine. I get that the sodium is meant to aid hydration with added electrolytes, but the flavor balance is off. If they can mask the saltiness—maybe by making it more tart and letting the cotton candy shine through—this could become a truly solid product. For now, there are better-tasting options out there.

Good for hydration and energy
I like this as a drink for while I’m working out on the stationary bike. It has both caffeine and electrolytes which helps me make it through an early morning bike ride.Similar to other electrolyte drinks, this has that salty taste, but it’s not unpleasant. The caffeine I’d similar to a big cup of coffee, so no jitteriness for me.It mixes well and there and I didn’t experience any negative digestive effects.
