Strong stuff, increases energy and focus, good pumps, no nausea
So I have been taking this on my heavy lifting days with 12oz of water and it is a game changer. I have tried many preworkouts and most are not powerful enough for me. This is now 1 of 2 preworkouts that I like a lot and that are still available (not banned).This stuff hits you hard and fast. So far I have only done level scoops. I normally drink this at about 5am shortly after I wake up. I leave the house by 5:15am to head to the gym. I’m already talkative with my wife (who also gets up early) before I leave for the gym. Once I get to the gym I’m focused on my workout, have more energy and can blast through sets. I didn’t have any shaking but have been fidgeting at the gym after taking it while resting between sets. This gives good pumps too.This is also good for cardio. I can do hard cardio (including jogging or rowing) with no nausea (I have vomited from other preworkouts in the past during or shortly after hard cardio).Driving home from the gym I’m whistling or sometimes even singing along to songs. This really gives you great energy. It also gives you great focus. I can think better at work after taking it. There is no crash either. The only thing that could be a negative is it has no creatine, however I supplement that separately and it’s also in my post workout protein, so this still works for me. If you have a low caffeine tolerance I recommend starting off trying this with only a half scoop. This is good stuff!!!Disclaimer – I really like amped up preworkout and I have a high caffeine tolerance.

A very impressive formulation that encompasses all the important factors for a preworkout mix.A word of note, this does contain a meaningful dose of L-Tyrosine (2g), so those with thyroid conditions should be aware.Very high caffeine (316mg if not more) dosage for those with cardiovascular conditions.The main components are supported by real data. The proprietary blends are a little confusing, as usual, but are limited.For example, does the NeuroRush coffee extract compound the existing 316mg dosing of caffeine? I’m not sure.Other than the vagueness of some of the blends, this is an extremely effective preworkout.Packed with nitric boosters and vasodilators, central nervous system stimulants, nootropics, and electrolytes to support muscle function.Extremely fast absorption, onset is ~10 minutes.Mixes very well, powder is extremely fine and likely micronized.Taste immediately reminded me of the light pink Starbursts… a very distinct strawberry flavor.Significant dose of beta-alanine. If prone to tingles/itching, expect to feel it with this mix.I struggled to find any obvious flaws in this formulation. The effects are evident. Intense focus, increased heart rate coupled with vasodilation and blood flow, neurological support for muscle contraction, and additional electrolytes for extended durations.

Pink burst has a similar taste to green apple, but distinct once you try both. The taste is a strong sweet-tart, not bad, but also not improved by adding fruit juice like many are. At 300mg it has a lot of caffeine per serving, I’d definitely recommend starting with a half scoop. It gave me the skin tingling sensation I usually get from caffeine free energy drinks, along with hyperfocus which often ends up with me binging video games instead of working out. I wasn’t able to sleep for 10 hours!

Snow Cone Flavored Pre-Workout!
This stuff is no joke, I definitely got my pump up after drinking this. I have tried on 3 different days for 3 different workout/ exercises and on all days this stuff help me blast though my workouts with extra reps and laps. I hate plyometrics, I am a big dude so jumping and leg exercises completely rob me of energy but I can actually make it though an entire workout with this stuff giving me an edge.The flavor is on point, it absolutely taste like snow cone, its delicious, I wish they had a version of this that was just the flavoring, because id mix it with every glass of water i drank. It is weird though, when its in the powder form, its smell kind of reminds me of Vanilla or Cookie Dough flavored Creatine all up until you add water to it.I was really worried about this stuff because some pre-workouts get my heart into a scary mode which I don’t much appreciate and sometimes they give me wicked headaches, I am happy to report no such ailments with this pre-workout.I am really happy all round with this One of One, its Top-Tier Energy, Top-Tier Flavor and absolutely no crash.

This Stuff Really Works!!
This stuff works! I wasn’t expecting to feel much and didn’t even plan on working out, but I tried it to give an honest review. Since it contains 310 mg of organic caffeine per serving, I split it with my husband to avoid consuming too much at once.After about 45 minutes, we both started feeling jittery and experienced a pins-and-needles sensation in our hands and feet. I was a little freaked out at first, but after looking it up, I learned this is called paresthesia. It is a normal effect of the Beta-Alanine in pre-workouts. Even with just half a dose, I got so hyped up that I ended up working out!I would only recommend taking this if you plan on exercising, because otherwise, it will leave you feeling jittery and restless. If you’re new to pre-workouts or don’t consume much caffeine, start with a half dose (8 oz) to see how your body reacts.The taste is fantastic, and it dissolves easily in water, turning it a light blue with a fruity flavor. I’m excited to add this to my routine but will definitely be mindful of my dose and timing before taking it again!
