Small little gel caps
So the jury is out on just how good Oregano is as a supplement but there has been some evidence that it can work to help prevent infection and aid in digestion and has antioxidant properties similar to Vitamin C.Comes well packaged, not sure of the date on mine tho – I’m guessing it has a 2027 shelf life? Might be 2023…as you can see in the photos.Small little gel caps that the daily dose is said to be 2 pieces.As with most supplements it is hard to know what the benefits are without long term testing.

Easier than liquid
This is a real bargain. I ordered some more of these that are similar in content and shape. But these I got twice as many as I did for the same price of about $28. So I highly recommend this brand if the other brands continue to over price their product. I don’t see any real difference in this at all from them. The. nice thing about these pills is that you don’t have to choke down the oil of oregano from a liquid form. It almost burned my mouth out doing that. I love this method so much more
