These soft gels are easy to take. They are small enough that you could almost swallow them without any liquid. After taking them, there is no after flavor or re-visiting of flavors that you might find with other oil capsules.While these capsules are said to promote a number of different health benefits, my reasoning was to help move things along in one area in particular if you get my drift. I can say that taking these seem to have a similar effect to taking a softener and that things did tend to move along better after a day or two of taking these gels. As for the other benefits again, like many homeopathic Supplements, there are a number of additional items in each gel cap. This is something to keep in mind if you are someone who takes a number of herbs or other supplements in order to make sure you’re not overdoing it with one or another item. Turmeric seems to be very common in a lot of different supplements and it is also in here as well.At $26 MSRP For two packs, this is worth a try.

Stop….this product is suspect
Not sure what this is…I’ve been taking oil of oregano for over10 years I know the smell and taste I know when you belch or burp you can taste the oregano…not with this product, I know there a slight burn on the tongue if you bite into a capsule with that said this product has none of that. I cut one open it smells of cooking oil or fish oil…I taste it there was no burn it was like I was eating oil…I rubbed some on my the back of my hand…it smelled like I was in the kitchen all day cooking and very shiny on my skin I tried to return it Amazon will not accept the return I will never order supplements from Amazon again there is no quality control just shady greedy merchants scamming people out of their money…Amazon should be ashamed I want my money back to order at a reputable establishment, it’s the American greed…

well packaged and easy to swallow
I sometimes have trouble with larger pills, and the size of these initially made me a bit worried. But they proved to be easy to swallow and were a bit smaller than the pictures suggested. They went down easy, and gel-caps made them simple to take with a glass of water.

It’s a “no” from me
Upon closer inspection, I don’t think I would be comfortable taking these. The packaging looks great, and the soft gels are a good size with no real outer smell. Upon cutting one open, the oil has a smell that I can’t place. It’s not like other oregano products that I am accustomed to. Definitely doesn’t smell like oregano. The ingredient list was not made available on the listing, but I did find the following wording: “Enhance body functions through a variety of nutrients, providing a mixture of seaweed, black seed oil, ginger, burdock root, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, etc.” According to the packaging, this is only oregano and black seed. None of the other listed things are in the ingredients. So, I’m not sure why they would be included in the listing. Also, in one of the listing photos, the product claims to contain 6,000mg of wild cowhide oil. I’m not entirely sure what that is. I’m sorry that I missed it before placing my order, but I did catch it before taking any of these myself. With the conflicting information and lack of similarity in other oregano products, I won’t be taking these.
