Good for lower weights or beginners
This is a good option if you are between a beginner and intermediate stage of hip thrusts. (I didn’t try using it for any other exercise.) I do home workouts and was using dumbells for hip thrusts until it became too unwieldy, so I tried this. It works well if you want to work in the 60lb-120lb range, I feel. It’s a little awkward at first, but easy enough to get used to.However, once I moved from two 30lb dumbbells to 40s, I found it unbearable. The weight was unwieldy and difficult to set up, and it was so painful on my pelvis. I ended up with bruising and torn skin. Now I’ve invested in a barbell and don’t use this anymore. If you want something for this intermediary stage or your goals are to stay under 30lbs each side, then this would work well; if your goals or ability involves more weight, then I think it would be a waste of time.

Game Changer For Hip Thrusts!
Made hip thrusts so much easier. I work out in my home gym and have limited access to barbells. Being able to strap a couple dumbbells on the sides and life with ease without bruising my hips every time is awesome! Its a simple, well made item and is so light weight that you could easily travel with this.

Great but can’t do butt bridge without bench
This is great but maybe it can be not so long. The velcro is very strong so I might want to buy a set of weights just for this. The only bad thing is that you can’t really do butt bridge on the floor because the weights touch the ground. I’m still playing with what direction to place it in without it digging in in heavier weights. I have 30lbs on each side and place my 25s on top of my hips.

Weights shift
The band is comfortable but the dumbbells shift around . I have pulled the wrap as tight as possible and the weights slip. The quality is good for the price.

NOT GOOD FOR HEAVY LIFTING
If you lift anything heavier than 20 pounds this band will be completely ineffective. It will hold the weight, but the way the weights hang at your side is incredibly uncomfortable and leaves bruises on your hips. I wish I could get my money back.

通常のダンベルヒップスラストは腹の上にダンベルを1個乗せて行うと思いますが、それでは負荷が足りないため、この商品を購入しました。腰の左右ダンベルを配置してから、ベルトのベルクロを通して使用します。実際ヒップスラストをしてみると、左右のダンベルが腰に食い込んでかなり痛いので、厚手のタオルを挟むなどの工夫がいります。400ポンド(約180kg)まで対応しているとの謳っていますが、現状ダンベル40kg×2個でもベルクロを全面しっかり貼って、勢いをつけずゆっくり動かないと外れてくることがあるので、これがはたして90kg×2個に耐えられるかどうか疑問ではあります。結論としては、バーベルでヒップスラストが出来る環境があるなら、その方が良いです。「そこそこ高負荷でトレーニングをしたいけど自宅のスペースの問題でダンベルしか置けない、ジムに通うことが難しい」という比較的特殊な環境の人が、やむを得ず購入する商品だと思います。

I honestly expected to be returning this. It seems silly but it is sturdy. It holds 60lb dumbbells on each side easily. Probably more but that’s all I can lift. Mine did not come with the manual showing other ways to use it so google it if your is missing. It’s super comfortable and easy to attach the weights super close to your body. If you’re having difficulty balancing your dumbbells or have difficulty with barbells due to them digging into your bones even with padding you need this. I’ve always had to use weights lighter than I can actually lift because my frame is too small to comfortably use traditional methods. This is perfect for me
