solved my wife’s numbness in her arms
My wife had numbness in her arms during the night, thought it was caused by a problem in her spine. I saw a video saying that this could be caused by lack of Vitamin B12. After taking the supplement for about a month, problem solved! So don’t expect results in a few days, for this problem

Energy boosters for sure
These are large clear capsules filled with pink powder. A little larger than I like to swallow, so I just open one and add it to my morning coffee or smoothie. No taste to speak of, and the energy boost is incredible. I noticed an awesome pep in my step after the very first time taking this. B12 in high doses was also recommended to me along with B2 and CoQ10 for possible help controlling essential tremors, but as of yet haven’t noticed any difference after 4 weeks. But I will definitely continue taking the Nutricost Vitamin B12 5000mcg capsules as part of my daily vitamin regimen just for the added boost of energy.
