Initially Intended for Acne, but Instead Helped Anxiety & Some ADHD Symptoms
I never intended this product to help in any other aspects than my acne. It turned out to not have any effect on the acne, but it did help minimize my lifelong ADHD symptoms (anxiety and concentration issues) to noticeable degrees.I have always struggled with ADHD related symptoms ever since I was a baby. After recently stopping medication for health reasons, I have been looking for some supplemental alternatives.Surprisingly, this turned out to be one of those alternatives. Among other things, my unnecessary stress/worry of anything upcoming on my schedule, etc basically disappeared. I backtracked my steps on what I was doing differently the moment I noticed these improvements, and all I could notice was when I started taking the Pantothenic Acid daily. Because of my lifelong struggle with ADHD, and how much better I felt, the last thing I thought was it had a placebo effect.So I noticed the effects after about two weeks, at 3 pills per day. I am more calm, I can carry better flow in conversations, and so many aspects of my life have improved due to better concentration & less distraction. Anyhow, please consider this supplement as an adjunct to solutions for hyperactivity, anxiety, etc.Edit 4/28/2017: I have been taking L-Tyrosine for the last few weeks in combination with B-5. and it has really helped minimize my symptoms considerably. So if you’re reading this and you’re sure that you have ADHD symptoms, maybe taking both will work for you too.

I think the product has helped. I don’t have a month in yet so I’m not sure but so far so good. I would recommend buying if you have a nerve ending problem seems to keep mine at a quiet roar instead of a giant roar would recommend.

Temporary solution for getting rid of acne
I have acne prone and oily skin. I did a lot of research and read countless reviews on using Vitamin B5 for clearing acne before I started taking them. Long story cut short, it worked temporarily for me. I had to overdose the first couple of months for me to see results and I believed my skin also purged a little in the beginning. It help cleared small pimples away in a few days, but months later I started to notice I lost more hair than usual. I read side effects about this and didn’t think it would happen since to me I have A LOT of hair (fortunately). And till this day, I’m still losing a lot of hair and I want to believe it was because to taking B5. So I stopped using it completely. What I found to work better is the Aztec Secret’s Indian Healing Clay. I think it works the same way as B5 ie skin purging and then your skin will clear up. Anyway, just my precaution that taking Vitamin B5 works but it’s not ideal to be taking long term!

Possible Accutane dupe? Manage acne and gives energy boost
Easy to swallow oblong capsules, no bad aftertaste. I bought these as a natural dupe for Accutane because I was struggling with hormonal cystic acne and I am very happy with the results. Rarely get any large painful nodules since I started taking it. This is my second bottle- they last a long time at 1/day and are very affordable. Also doesn’t dry out your skin like accutane does. Added bonus is if you take it when you get up in the morning it gives a little energy boost.
