Great Way To Get Some Vitamins And Minerals
I take a multivitamin everyday and have for many years. But swallowing a pill every morning gets a little routine. So I figured I’d ‘go gummy’ and ordered these gummy multivitamins by Nutricost.The gummy multivitamins are quite pleasant tasting…the have a nice fruity flavor….and are easy to chew and swallow. The consistency isn’t too hard where you find yourself chewing it for 10 minutes nor is it too soft where you think you’re chewing poorly set gelatin. Taking these gummies definitely makes taking your vitamins a pleasant experience.My only complaint with this product is that that amount of vitamins and minerals you get by taking each gummy is substantially lower that what you get taking a multivitamin tablet…even taking two a day. Maybe adding anymore of the nutrients to them would make them taste bad…I don’t know.The price on these multivitamin gummies is very reasonable. And I must admit, I do enjoy taking them. But I’ll probably stick with the tablets just to get all those extra vitamins and minerals.

While I cannot voice the quality – I cannot test it.But these are only 20 cents per dose.They taste great – berry, kind of a strawberry, raspberryThe texture is firm and dry, only a little sticky when chewing.Clear plastic bottle is large (I can’t find the recycle number)Child Proof CapTamper resistant plastic was easily compromised and replaced without damage (Fail)I can see that there was a freshness seal … but I can’t tell what kind it was. One of my kids snuck a taste.Very full bottle.Standard sugarsAmounts will assist in a range of vitamins, not fulfill them.

I’ve been searching for a multivitamin in a gummies format whose potency is moderate. I’m trying to avoid multivitamin supplements whose potency is off-the-charts: many vitamins these days are using high potency as a selling point. The problem with that: how do we determine the effects of mega-doses of certain supplements whose daily requirements are unknown? There are also vitamin supplements whose impact may be harmful when consumed in high doses. In order to avoid these issues I’m confining myself to moderate, safe amounts and this one definitely fills the bill.I like gummies for their flavor and ease of use. These gummies have a delicious raspberry flavor. Although they contain 6g of sugar per two gummy serving, I consider it an acceptable tradeoff given the significant number of important vitamins and nutrients they contain: especially given their sensible daily percentage offerings. Each bottle contains 180 gummies which is a generous 90 day supply. That’s 10 cents per gummy, a decent value these days.
