Exact dosage
This is the exact dosage that my True Love needed. We’ve ordered this several times and it’s always on time and packaged well. The pills are a good size: easy to swallow.

Seems to Absorb Well
This is the first magnesium supplement I’ve used that absorbs this well or appears to be. I started taking it for migraines after my doctor recommended it. That was several years ago. I didn’t have much success with the brands I tried until now. Migraine symptoms reduced and I’m sleeping very deeply. I’m regularly getting 10 hours of sleep every night and that’s something I’ve not had since childhood. My bowel movements are 2-3 a day and very easily passed. I tend to frequent constipation so this is a good thing. Also, I had a twitch in my lower left eyelid I had for a month. Now it’s just about gone since starting these. Not 100% sure if it’s due to the magnesium but happy.I’ll definitely buy again unless the price increases. One thing I do dislike is that the capsules are larger. I have trouble swallowing so that’s an issue.

Large capsules that supply ample amount of magnesium.
These are large capsules of magnesium. They elevated into normal range my magnesium levels so must say they work well. Nicely and se purely packaged. Highly recommend.

Good Mag Strength & Price
I took Magnesium Oxide for years, originally for leg cramps and also to help me sleep. The only time I realize how good it works is when I run out and suddenly the leg cramps return. Anyway, the last order before this one I decided to do some research on the types of Magnesium and fell down the internet rabbit hole. I feel like I should have a degree in Chemistry at this point! Basically; I thought Magnesium Malate might be a better form for me, I have Fibromyalgia and read it was good for that, I read about bioavailability, etc. Magnesium Oxide was said to have one of the lowest biovailability rates of all magnesium forms (that’s how well the body absorbs/utilizes it). So I switched to a Magnesium Malate. But in order to equal the dosage I was used to with the Oxide form I had to take 3 giant malate pills. And it cost more to begin with. So it was more expensive, more pills to take, and 4 months later the bottle was empty and I felt no improvement whatsoever. It worked fine, just not any better. So I returned to the Oxide form this time around. Incidentally, the Oxide form has one of the highest amounts of elemental magnesium, so that may outweigh the lower bioavailability factor, but who knows for sure.So I’m trying this particular brand of magnesium oxide for the first time. It was a good combination of a fair price, good strength, and good quantity in the bottle. In case anyone read the label and is confused about the amount of magnesium in this product, let me attempt to explain it: Magnesium Oxide is the compound (aka blend, or formula). So there’s 750mg in the compound. The elemental magnesium (actual magnesium portion of the compound) is 420mg. That’s the number that matters most, as far as how much magnesium you’re getting. As an example; my old brand of Magnesium Oxide was 500mg and mentioned nothing about the elemental magnesium content on the label, so for years I thought I was getting a full 500mg, but it turns out it was really only about 300mg roughly of elemental magnesium, so this brand actually has more magnesium.I was surprised to see these are capsules. It clearly says it’s capsules in the description but I was so busy checking the other details that I hadn’t even noticed. I’ve always taken magnesium in large tablets, so this is a bonus as far as I’m concerned. And only one capsule per day is needed for that 420mg of elemental magnesium, which is better than the three giant pills I was taking in the malate form. I’ll update this review if for some reason these don’t work out, but these appear to be good quality; they’re gluten-free, non-GMO, and made in the Good Ol’ USA.UPDATE: 6 1/2 years after writing this review, I still recommend it and have reordered numerous times.

I made the wrong choice with this.
After purchasing these, I found out that oxide is not the best magnesium to purchase and I wasted my money. Please check with your doctor as there are so many different types of magnesium out there. Oxide is the least effective according to my doctor.

These are great quality and value for magnesium supplement. High quantity per bottle so the need to purchase less often for my needs. Great daily magnesium oxide supplement.

Llevo unos días tomándolo y he notado que duermo mejor, no causa sueño ni me cuesta trabajo despertar. Además trae muchas cápsulas y con una por noche es suficiente.
