It helps. It will take several months, but it helps. Make sure you take it with food, and not with the swing of coffee, like I had been doing, until I learned it would make me nauseous for an hour. But I think this is one of the best friends out there.

This product doesnt prevent hair from falling out like Natures Own “hair skin & nails” which i had been using for 2 yrs. But boy it does GROW hair. Too bad it cant prevent hair from falling out, but if i had to pick, i’d take this one, partly because it’s far cheaper too.
