Good addition to supplement regimen
Great product, I’ve been taking it for a year or so. It gives me a good amount of clean energy, but not as much as caffeine. It also helps sweat a bit more. No jitters or crash, the taste is good to, not to medicinally. The carb and sugar amount is really negligible, it won’t make or break your macros or weight loss efforts.

Hands Down: The Best L-Carnitine on the Market Today!
I consider this the VERY BEST L-Carnitine supplement on the market. I take only 1 tsp per day (1,000mg.), so the bottle lasts a long time. I simply add 1 tsp. into my favorite Orange Flavored Diet Soda Pop drink very morning and I can’t even taste it in there (so this makes taking it a very easy and enjoyable experience). In contrast to capsules, the liquid version of this nutrient is much easier to take (although, I would NOT recommend someone take it “straight” as it’s taste is very strong and almost overbearing that way – it needs to be diluted in at least 8oz. water or some other refreshment for easiest “administration” in my opinion). I’ve found 1,000mg. to be the “best dose” for me personally – it gives me a nice increase in overall energy, increases my rate of fat burning, and increases my muscle mass gains in the gym. Morever, truly, just read up on L-Carnitine: It’s what I call a “Over-All Health Supernutrient” because it has many scientifically verfied beneficial effects on many, many body systems, like the heart, liver, muscular system, etc. (and especially the heart, as there are thousands of peer reviewed studies on the benefits of L-Carnitine for heart health); and because NOW uses “Carnipure”, you’re getting the very best and pure form of L-Carnitine on the market today. Just a phenomenal supplement for weight loss, overall health, and vitality! I can’t live without it now! Just beware. This has five carbs per dose. I was taking four different t supplements from now and all had 5 carbs putting me at my limit for keto. If you are carnivore keto or diabetic this is no good.
