I take the Now 50mg vitamin B Complex every morning with my multi vitamin because there’s not a lot of B vitamins in the multi. I feel my body needs more vitamin B’s to keep me healthy. The pills are not too big & they’re easy to swallow.This price on Amazon it the most reasonable.
