I am so blessed to have read a review about this supplement – I have hashimotos and was dx too late etc. so I’ve seen the things for our brain fog get better. Started with xyomgen magnesium theorate which I take now via something else. I read about this and it does help Brain fog better than most stuff. And take it morning. I also take a few other things for my Brain. Hashimotos attacks the thyroid and Brain. I’ve noticed a difference when I don’t take this or when I do. Also NOW is affordable and I never have an issue with oh the fillers. It’s cheap too and good quality… yes I’ll use Thorne or pure or others if it’s something I know works. But I wanted to try this and not end up with it not working. I guess some folks have said NOW has fillers so does most. As long as it’s gluten free I’m okay. Nothing is pure. And our bodies are all different. I can’t truly take some essential pure good oils or even some liquid products that are “pure”. They upset my stomach. We are all different I usually look at supplements as I would a pharmacy med. hashimotos is expensive if you were dx late and have had tons of health issues. We pay out of Pocket for everything bioidental or compound Ldn and supplements… thank you NOW for giving. Us quality and quantities and lower prices…..

It’s doing something
For all you skeptics out there, I want to throw some gas onto the fire. I was doing intermittent fasting for a month or so and saw some tremendous mental health benefits (helping ADHD and depression symptoms).I learned about DMAE and decided to take it even though I was already seeing awesome benefits from IF.All I can say is that my dreams are CRAZY after I started taking this. Wild and vivid. Every morning I wake up and feel like I’ve been asleep for years.I believe that REM is when you dream and REM is the most important part of sleeping (helps with memory and retention). So, the fact that I seem to be dreaming more and sleeping more deeply probably means that I’m seeing the benefit from that at least. That’s my guess and two cents, but I would recommend making sure you are sleeping long enough for this to really mean anything.

This product makes such a noticeable difference in how quickly things come to mind, names, dates, places, where I left something, where I am driving to, why did I come into this room, what am I looking for……. I took this when I was younger, but in liquid form. It was like the movie Limitless was made about me., swear. Now that I am older and actually need this more (and this is a different form as well) I do not have the same exact effect. BUT things come to mind QUICKLY. I am not searching for words, making up my own words, combining words…. My mouth and brain are working at the same speed now and without so much hesitation.IF you take this and you get a sore neck, it is because you are taking too much of this. I wish they made the liquid form still because you could adjust the dosage as it was just drops. I take 1 a day at night. I have not had any lucid dreams so I may up the dosage and see what happens.

Amazing!!!
I never write reviews but OMG!!! I didn’t realize how broken my brain had become until this. I have been taking this for 4 days now and I feel so normal again. The first 2 days I would describe as it felt like it was literally fixing my brain. It was a little scary but day 3 was back to my young sharp self. I lowered my dose to a half of a pill day 3 and it has been amazing. I was able to function and actually get things done. I swear I was looking into seeing if I had ADHD suddenly because I literally couldn’t get anything done anymore. I have tried do many different vitamins just trying to be able to function again and be normal again. This have me my life back!!!

DMAE review-
I’m giving this a 3 star review due to the price being higher on this brand compared to other MFG. and also the dmae is only 250mg’s compared to 351mg’s in most other companies such as the one I’m using now make by Source Naturals. As for DMAE itself, I give it 4.5stars as it has not only cognitive enhancing effects but memory enhancing effects as well that I noticed after 2-3weeks. Also when taken w/ Inositol & choline, and L-Theanine it has allowed my to cut dwn on my anxiety meds and also completely discontinued my anti-depressant meds which I have been a slave to for over 12yrs. I have tried 2 stop my Zoloft many diff. times both cold turkey and w/ other forms of nootropics, amino acids, etc.. only to feel ex. depressed w/ suicidal feelings within a week or less of stopping this med. I have cut my anxiety meds by 25% so far and hope to get dwn to 1mg total of Clonazepam in the next few months! There was a time when I was on 6mg’s of Xanax, 4mg’s of clonazepam per day followed by taking 30mg’s of Temazepam for sleep! Anyone who knows about, has ever known someone, or used benzo’s for anxiety knows this is a heavy duty amount for anyone but at the time I needed it as I have suffered w/ extreme anxiety and depression, and drug addiction most my adult life! I medically detoxed to get off the worst benzo IMO, XANAX and it was hard but after 1week of tapering and staying on my Clonazepam I was able to get ridda this horrible addicting medication that was ruining my life and my family’s as well! I was abusing my meds, using OLP’s to get Valium, etc.. and other pain pills on top of my already high doses and needed help. I have never got back on or taken a Xanax since! Now I use 1.5mgs-2mg max per day as needed and take it one day at a time and consider this a success story in many ways. To me this shows the power of DMAE which I recently got my mother on as well and so far so good, as she is 68 and has trouble remembering things, and this along w/ a few other nootropics I put her on she is doing 5 times better and just thanked me today which felt good since they have done so much for me throughout the yrs. dealing w/ my addictions and never giving up on me or loosing hope that one day I would get through my addiction to pills and alcohol. I’ve been sober 2yrs. with only 1 slip so for me that’s the best I’ve ever done by far…………….Also daily exercise and working out played a big part in this recovery as well, and I still do some form of exercise everyday, even if its a 30min. walk w/ my dog! I no longer have lower back pain, high BP, depression, etc… and I did everything w/ my doc’s help & approval and I rec. speaking with ur doc. b4 quitting or changing dosages on ur meds as they need to know whats going on so they can help give good advice and help u taper off if that’s what u decide. I just didn’t want all the side-effects such as ED, low sex drive, and much more, and the long term effects which are horrible as well if u do research on these meds. Anyways I’ll stop w/ that, hope this review and story helped a bit and give U an Idea of how powerful DMAE and the right combo of non-addicting supplements can be! It may be a little diff. but this is what worked beyond well for me and please comment below if u have any questions, comments, etc… thanx for listening, Chris-

飲み方のコツ飲み込むときは上を向く。口の中に水と薬を含んだ状態で、まず水だけを少し飲み喉を通しやすくした後に、一気に飲み込む。適当に飲むと喉に詰まったような感じになるので注意。
