Seeing I am a male one would wonder what in the world do you know about that? This is a decent vitamin from a trusted brand, but I wish it has DHA added. As with other vitamins it is expected that the pills are large so that’s fine.

Couldn’t stomach the smell
These have a lot of good ingredients but they smell like rotten eggs and my first trimester stomach had no capability to keep them down due to the smell.

The ingredients of these vitamins are good, but I don’t like the way they smell. I have to hold my nose to take them. Could be that I am a bit sensitive to smell and they may be ok for others.

Clean and wholesome multi-vitamin for pregnant and lactating moms
It’s hard finding a clean and wholesome multi-vitamin for pregnant women. One that has the natural form of Folate, instead of the synthetic Folic Acid, one that has the natural form of Vitamin B12 – Methylcobalamin, instead of the synthetic form known as cyanocobalamin, one containing the natural form of Vitamin A known as beta-carotene, instead of the synthetic version known as retinyl palmitate. Luckily, this particular formulation meets all that criteria.A pregnant and/or breastfeeding woman has to be doubly careful about the ingredients she ingests. Although this is a more expensive multi-vitamin, when you consider that it’s for a three month supply, it comes to less than $50 per month for something that could have life long repercussions. If the growing fetus is lacking the necessary nutrients, that can adversely impact his/her development. Alternatively, exposing the baby to synthetic nutrients may have a negative impact on his/her development.The bottles were double sealed for purity and safety. The capsules are regular size and easy to swallow. This formulation has no synthetic fillers, preservatives or flow agents; using rice flour instead of nasty chemicals. Great quality blend of optimal vitamins!
I would give these more stars if I could! As a person who has diligently studied B vitamins and biochemical cycles, I am very satisfied with this blend! These are spot on. If I take them within 5 hours of bed time, they will make it harder to sleep because the B vitamins get my brain going. So, keep that in mind. I’ve noticed that these help me a lot. I don’t need 3 every day and I just adjust what I take depending on my need. They definitely helped me with that high stress feel and this even helped bring my iron levels up when taking iron wasn’t doing anything. I was sent fresh bottles with an expiration date a little over a year away.
