I do like the “quality” of these capsules
It’s difficult to review vitamins and supplements because these take awhile to actually “kick in” and start working. No one I know gets results immediately upon taking. I do like the “quality” of these capsules. I have tried a few others and I do not care of how I would “burp” up the taste or how it was difficult to swallow, or lack of effectifveness etc. These “seem” to work. Granted, it’s early for me to seee any results but I do like the quality of the capsules, easy to swallow, and I do not get heart burn or burp these up. I have what I would call SEVERE RA and inflammation! My goal is to reduce inflammation and get off the steriods. Time will tell. Others say they had relief within a week but so far, not so much for me. I will continue to “try” these for a full 3 months to see what happens. They are expensive but you do get what you pay for so these seem worth it.

I think this is doing well. Not on it too long. I think for my chronic sinus issues, straight turmeric is stronger and what I need. But this is worthy.
