A clean high quality supplement. Helped during pregnancy
During my 3rd pregnancy recently (baby was born 9-2024) my iron and ferritin levels were super low during a blood draw my midwife took during 3rd tri. My ferritin levels were 11… Normal range is 13-150 and 30 is considered the lowest during pregnancy. She highly recommended I find an iron supplement that I wanted to help boost my numbers some before baby came. I got my numbers to 32 with just 1 bottle that I ordered! My midwife was very happy with that for a one month change. I love that this company is clean and high quality as I am very particular in what goes in my body especially pregnant. I also really liked the dosage written on the bottle of how much to take during trimesters and postpartum! Once we have some extra funds again I will be ordering this regularly as a routine supplement. Also it did not cause any discomfort like other iron supplements can cause.

Feel the difference
it’s been the only prenatal that makes me feel good, (4th pregnancy) and taste great in smoothies. Just don’t smell it 😆 smells pretty bad and I had no hope but after the third day I can’t even taste it anymore

I like these
I was super iron deficient where it was hugely impacting my life. I’ve tried all types including prescription only and this one is the most gentle on digestion that I have used

Did the trick!
I needed my iron levels up in order to have a home birth…I was instructed to take two iron pills three times today. I wanted to find a more natural, gentle approach than most iron supplements offer. I’m taking a Plexus iron supplement in the morning, Earthley’s energy plus in the afternoon, and Needed in the evening. I added in a couple of other things to help iron absorption…and it all helped. My iron levels are up above where we had anticipated and things are looking good! I’m thrilled—thanks, Needed!

Thought they were ok, but…
They still caused my stomach to be upset like all the other brands. 🤷🏼♀️

Give it a try
I’ve been taking this for about 10 days. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and my RBCs were a little low. I won’t have labs drawn again to know if it worked but I will say it’s had zero effect on my stomach. The capsules aren’t huge so they’ve been easy to take.
