Overall, the calcium supplement is high quality as it comes for a certified facility and has very quality ingredients. But the pill is massive which is expected at 1250mg. I kind of think it would have been better to have half the size just so it’s easier to swallow, or allow it to be broken in half. The company did a good job in terms of doing what they can to make it easy to swallow in terms of the outer casing which is why you can’t exactly break it in half, and makes sense since this has a very targeting audience. Overall, I can recommend this if it is something that you need and is something recommended by a doctor/nutritionist for you.

Naturewise continuously producing great quality supplements at an affordable price point. This product is a great way to supplement calcium into your diet if you do not get enough. Certain diets are low in calcium, so be sure to look up your specific eating habits and see if you get enough Calcium before looking for products like this.

Quality Supplement
I routinely take both calcium and vitamin D. This pill covers both. It is a gel cap and is easy to swallow. The ingredient list on this looks good — comparable to what I’ve taken before. I don’t have allergies, so the list of what isn’t in this was not part of my decision for this supplement other than I like that is clearly spells out what isn’t in it! One of the main things I look for when buying supplements is Made in USA and this product met my requirement.

This calcium vitamin from NatureWise is great! The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow, plus they don’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste. These vitamins support bone health and help maintain their strength. I also appreciate that they include both vitamin D and D3.Instead of taking two, I opt for one daily. However, it’s important to note that taking these every single day may lead to constipation for some individuals, so please be cautious. They have helped boost my energy levels and have stimulated my appetite.

Quality calcium supplement
First things first, the are made in the USA in a cGMP certified facility. I do not care to put supplements from some unknown non-certified producer in a foreign country into my body. Also these are tested by a 3rd party. The capsules are a reasonable size so they are not difficult to swallow. Besides calcium, these also give you your daily requirement of vitamin D. The capsules use MCT oil from coconuts as the vehicle inside the capsules, this helps with the absorption of the calcium and vitamin D. I do wish these manufacturers would label their supplements with the amount per capsule or tablet instead of the amount per serving, which may be multiple doses (In this case, serving size is 2 capsules),but I think the FDA requires labeling per serving. These are fairly costly for calcium at $12.99 for a 30 day supply (60 capsules). Calcium supplements can be found at a much lower price if you are on a budget.

And the serving size is 2 a day, which is quite the feat, as it is in fish oil size territories. Overall this is a decent bottle of calcium and vitamin D supplements.
