Its a great quality, very easy to swallow, it doesn’t have a smell, I didn’t get any stomach discomfort like the previous ones i tried before, this vitamin works well.

The pills are a little large, the serving is 3 pills. There is a bit of a lime after taste, which I am not a huge fan of, but I think lime is much better tasting than fish. A great supplement to ensure you are getting all of healthy fats.

Cut down the number of pills I used to take
Trying to keep up with the favorite supplement du jour has left me with a couple of handfuls of pills every evening. In an effort to reduce this I have been searching for supplements that offer combinations of a couple that I already take. Nature’s Way Mega 3/6/9 took me down from 8 pills to 3! They are large, but easy to swallow an have no aftertaste like some other supplements that contain fish oils.

i have naturally sensitive skin and, hand to god, when i took all THREE pills of this oil (yep, serving size is three huge gross horsepills) i broke out worse than i did when i was 13. i went down to taking two then just one then one every other day. my face just kept breaking out. i have stopped taking them and urge anyone else to stop too. just eat some walnuts and salmon and call it day. would not recommend, clearly.
