Ongoing Problem
The delivery was perfect. The problem was my “Visa Rewards Points” were again NOT used, (my credit card was charged) even though my “Apply by Default” is always on & there is no backup payment method. The customer service rep I spoke to last month when this happened, set my Reward Points to have no backup payment method so this wouldn’t happen again. I will again be calling to try and straighten this out.

Wrong form of cinnamon for health supplements
Warning! it’s the wrong form of cinnamon, I would recommend you steer clear of this product. It is Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese Cinnamon, Vietnamese Cinnamon) a very spicy form and not good for use as a health supplement. I quickly learned after I began having severe gastrointestinal problems, burning, discomfort, excess gas which was difficult to burp from only taking one capsule a day. But it’s as much my fault, I failed to do my homework and did not notice it was the wrong form and not Ceylon Cinnamon, the most appropriate form of cinnamon for health supplements.
