Plesant tasting gummies
These gummies taste good enough that I have been having them after dinner and calling them dessert. They have a light lemon flavor, and I guess they are supposed to be shaped like lemon slices (although I think they look more like an orange slice). They are firm gummies, so require some chewing before they’re gone. I am not an expert on what is required for good liver health, but I know this has good ingredients including milk thistle, turmeric, and artichoke, things I would never otherwise be exposed to, so if you are looking to help cleanse your liver, these gummies bear consideration.

These Natures Craft Store cleansing herbal liver detox gummies are pretty tasty and easy to take. If you’re interested in taking Turmeric, milk thistle, l-carnitine, and artichoke for health benefits. These seem to be a good choice. I have been taking them daily for sometime and have had no side effects. I can’t speak to their overall effectiveness as that will be different for each person. I am a little Leary about extract based supplements and their claims to equivalent to much higher doses of the main ingredients.But overall, I am pleased with the quality of this product.
