I took this for two weeks with my hot tea in the morning and my period came back after a several months-long hiatus. I am almost 50 and now have a regular period. Suma is supposed to help with female hormone balancing and I was out of whack – felt like I was PMS-ing but without the relief of bleeding. My herbalist friend told me to back off on it now that my period is back. But I will keep it on hand in case I feel out of whack again.

Product came crystallized and looks bad.
Product came crystallized and appeared to be bad or out of date. Made me sick in the stomach/ dizzy feeling after one use. Sent request to replace or refund directly to seller. No response. I have had this product before from health food unlimited and it didn’t look like this or give the adverse reaction.
