    Fantastic
I am one of those crazy people who made a spreadsheet comparing tons of different metrics from tons of different prenatals before finally settling on this one as the winner. The Pros:- It provides 25 different nutrients, the maximum I’ve seen on the market- More of the nutrients meet or exceed 100%DV than most other brands- It is at least half the cost of other brands that provide the same number of nutrients- Most of the nutrients are in highly bioavailable forms and come from whole food sources- It has a higher %DV of choline (18%) than most brands (10%)- It doesn’t make me sick or constipated! The Cons:- It doesn’t have DHA, though this is easy to source elsewhere- Three pills a day is sort of cumbersome, but I got into a rhythm with them pretty quickly- Yes, there is a weird smell, I personally got used to it pretty fast and I hardly notice it anymore. I don’t feel like the scent tabs do much to mask it though unfortunately.

    I feel better
I’ve used this for about 2 months now and I’ve seen a complete difference in my mood and ability to stay awake and active. I’m so happy I bot these. I need the energy to chase after my tiny kiddos while being pregnant.

    Great supplement
I did a ton of research to find a prenatal that high a great source of the big vitamins and minerals that are important during pregnancy like iron, zinc, folic acid, etc. This was the best source for those and so many other things. While they don’t smell great, they are gentle on my stomach which was important to me and honestly, I got over the smell. If you’ve taken other vitamins, it’s really not that bad. The hard thing for me was remembering whether or not I’d taken them throughout the day since it’s recommended to take 1 with each meal. I got a pill organizer and would put 3 in the slot for each day so I could stay on top of it because pregnancy brain is a real thing! Overall I totally recommend these and will continue them through the rest of my pregnancy.

    Used alongside Fertility Treatment
Helped positively in improving egg cell count and quality of embryos during IVF. This was recommended by a friend who also had positive outcome

    You need these!!!
These are my favorite prenatals by far!! Yeah it’s three per day and you might think that’s annoying, but it is WAY less annoying than throwing up your whole prenatal vitamin because the 1 a days make you sick! These say easy on the stomach, and it’s so true! I swear I could eat one piece of toast and take one of these and I wouldn’t throw up.

    These smell horrible!
These vitamins seem to have high quality ingredients but the are the worst smelling vitamins I have ever encountered. I have to hold my breath when I open the bottle, grab my vitamins, close the bottle, and walk to another part of the room before breathing again. After taking the vitamins (no real flavor to them thankfully) I have to wash my hands to get the smell off. It’s not just my sensitive nose because I am pregnant. My husband has asked me very nicely to please not open them near him.I will continue to take them because of their ingredients but when I need more I am definitely going to try a different brand.

    It has Iodine
Such a bummer. When I was searching for Prenatal Vitamins with NO iodine, this is the first thing that comes up, so I thought it has no iodine. Come to find out that it does after I opened 1 bottle already ughhh. I have hyperthyroid so I am trying to avoid iodine. I know it’s my fault from not reading everything, now I just wasted $60/two bottles of these and won’t be able to return now since I opened one already. I guess this is good for people who don’t have hrperthyroidism, seems to be easy to take, not like other vitamins that sometimes feels like it’s choking me and very hard to swallow.

    1st trimester problem
I got this and at first I’m pretty happy with it but when I started having morning sickness the smell (even if I cover my nose) would make me throw up. Currently cant take it
