I bought this thinking it would help me with my sleep, guess what? It does. Rub it on your belly, any place you have aches. You can put it in your belly button for faster sleep.

Magnesium cream
I ordered this lotion for my husband, who has sleep/pain issues. This lotion isn’t too thick/greasy and it absorbs quickly into the body part where applied (feet, knees, arms, etc). I ordered the vanilla scent, which is fine (kind of gender neutral). This 4 oz container sells for $16 (at time of review), which feels a little pricy. But it if gets you the sleep you want, it could be worth it.

This is a Miracle in a container. I used to have pain in my legs and arms for years. After a week using this cream twice a day, the pain is gone. I have taken the magnesium pills but they did not work. I recommend this cream also if you want to improve your sleeping. I am 63, but I know it relaxes de body even for you get people. Our diets nowadays are low on this important mineral.
