Quick absorbtion and great effects!
The first time I used this curcumin product, I opened one capsule and diluted the powder in some water, and drank it on an empty stomach. The dilution was “somewhat all right” for curcumin, but after I sat down and watched TV for a while, when I got up, I realized that my pain in my hips was gone and my legs felt light and were working quite easily. I was amazed to notice such a quick improvement in my legs movements (I am over 70). Of course, I have to continue using this product to keep such effects to continue and, hopefully, to be one day pain free all the time (it is during the night in bed that my hips mostly hurt). This is a wonderful product. I also take now some Boswellia Serrata extract that has similar effects.

Hello everyone, thanks for taking the time to read my testimonial.I have been taking this for over two weeks now and before I was taking this my hereditary high BP go was always way above 140/90 on a daily basis and that is with taking 20Mg of Lisinopril and 25Mg of HCTZ for the past 10 years. I am a 40 year old white male 215lbs at 6’2″ and semi fit BTW. With in the first week my BP has dropped to 126/82 and now for the past week it has stabilized at or around 117/80 and even lower in the mornings when I wake. I have been taking those two pharmaceuticals for years, I’ve tried others increased dosage and i’ve even changed my diet and could never get the my High BP under control. My doctor was tired of seeing me because all he could do is give me more drugs so I took it on my own to find another way and I found and researched Turmeric and which recently led me to Theracurmin and its great absorption rate. I am so happy with it! My eczema is clearing up. I’m a typical guy and this last weekend I was out in my yard cutting down a bunch of Honey Suckle vines that are on mine and my neighbors chain link fence. I was working fast and trying to get the job done. It’s hot here in Texas especially in the summer time! So let me get to it. I stuck my hands in the Honey Suckle to starting ripping them off of the fence and all of the sudden my right hand feels like its getting stabbed repeatedly. I pull both of my hands out very quickly and look at my hand. Its covered in Yellow Jackets I immediately scream and rip off the stupid cotton yard gloves I’m wearing and run away. I must have looked a fool running and yelling like that like a nut job. So I’ll tell a long story short; my hand starts to swell and i can see six noticeable sting marks on my hand. This is 1:30 in the afternoon. I try to find some Benadryl and I have none. I go next door to my neighbors and they have none as well. I decide to stay for a while to make sure I don’t have an allergic reaction. After thirty minutes I go back out side and start to work on getting some other stuff done in the yard. I only get two days off a week and this is not going to stop me, I’m going to get this yard work done. I finish everything including the Honey Suckle vines but I wont tell you what happened to the rest of those Yellow Jackets, continuing on its now around 6:30 and I’ve showered by now and my hand is quite swollen by this time at least half a size bigger than it normally is. Around 8:30 the swelling starts to go down. A little later I head to a store to get some Benadryl I take it and head on back home. Around 10:00PM I start to get ready and head to bed. I awaken in the morning and find that my hand is completely normal looking and only has some slight pain. Now I have never been stung before by a Yellow Jacket in my life but from what I am being told and have read it should be swelling up for at least another day or two and should be very itchy and swollen. None of that happened to me at all. Since the Theracurmin is the only new equation in my life I am thinking that it has boosted my immune system and my bodies natural defense against inflammation. I will continue to take this for as long as I notice my BP is under control. The one notable thing that I am doing is I am taking the Theracurmin with a teaspoon of Olive Oil every day. I open the pill and dump the powder into the oil and I swallow it all in one gulp. I was informed that this increases the absorption rate even more so for the Curcumin which is all ready in a colloidal form in the Theracurmin. Its expensive but I already have two of my co workers trying it out and they are going to establish a baseline before they start taking it and do routine checks on there health and vitals also so we can confirm what is going on here. I’ll keep you updated!

I’m Not Complaining
I can’t say the effects, as I just started taking it but I will update.I noticed a complaint that someone didn’t recieve 30 capsule, so I counted mine because it seemed like there wasn’t 30 in my bottle.After counting 2x both times I came up with 31.So I recieved a extra but obviously the sounds like some adjustments need to be made in the counting department, so someone is getting what they paid for. So if someone is shorted by 1, I have it haha.I found this Brand by visiting my local health store called Health yourself in ohio. Unfortunately they don’t carry everything.I actually got to speak to one of the representatives selling the products to the owner of the store.She was on the phone, so it gave me time to ask questions.I learned some things and happy to support but I’ll stop if they ever sell out to a buyer that owns many brands.So please keep the Integrity of the brand and products.Hopefully I can update with positive results. So far I like other products that I have ordered .

One of the best Bio-available Curcumin Formulations
For those interested in a resource when deciding if you should take or which Curcumin supplement to buy, I recommend you to google: Dr. Trutt curcumin rather than relying solely on anecdotal reports from people who take it which ranges from it doesn’t work to it is a miracle or the vendor’s advertising claims. Trutt’s blog has some well-written and sourced scientific studies on the benefits and bio-availability of particular formulations of curcumin (one of which is this formulation). If you continue your research, you will find that this is one of the approved manufacturers of this proprietary formulation of curcumin. For me, after several days of taking it (after meals), it has not given me stomach/intestinal distress or other unpleasant side effects. Has it done anything or do I feel any different? Maybe I will over time, but does one feel any different when eating more broccoli? I will continue to take it and hopefully future research will demonstrate that this supplement was worth taking.

High Quality Theracurmin Curcumin Extract
I originally looked into Theracurmin Curcumin turmeric extract after hearing about it from Peter Atilla. I looked into some of the limited research studies, and they did seem to suggest a noticeable effect on inflammation / recovery. As I get into my 40’s and I’m more actively trying to maintain muscle mass, I’m unfortunately not bouncing back like I did 10+ years ago, so I’ll take whatever help I can get!I’ve only been taking it for less than a month and the studies seemed to suggest at least 90+ days of usage for benefits, so it’s entirely possible that I’m experiencing a placebo effect, but the joints have felt less tender for about a week or so now. I believe it’s working, but even if it’s because my mind’s tricking me, it’s still achieving the end goal. I’ll keep taking these til it stops lol!

I have always loved these Curcumin (Tumeric) supplements. They really do work wonders in greatly reducing all kinds of inflammation! Before I started to use them, I had some arthritic pains and general inflammation all over my feet, legs and knees, these supplements took almost all the inflammation away. Just want to say though, it does help even more if you take these, and eat a healthy diet, and lose weight!! But I used to have this sharp pain in my left toe, and these supplements took that pain away, I am so grateful. I hope they never change the formula in these supplements, because they seem to be working really well for me. If anything ever changes and they start to be less effective in the future because of some formulation change, I will update my review.
