The features and benefits of Lions Mane are well described on the internet. If you’re buying this that’s not your interest. Odds are that you want to know if this is a real, and effective lion’s mane supplement.Compared to Double Wood Supplements it is. I noticed no difference in effectiveness (the effects of LM are subjective). MG for MG, it’s cheaper. That said alternatives exist that are even cheaper.Lions mane itself is quite cheap to grow and there is plenty of room from a margin at this price. So, I do think that this is a quality product.I recommend it. I would place it next to the highest quality lion’s mane supplements on Amazon.

Very effective, Very potent.
Disclaimer: I am naturally very sensitive so read this review as applying to sch a person.These arrived in the mail today. I was working on a project in the office and felt very tired and overwhelmed. I took two of these Lion’s Mane capsules and within minutes I felt very alert and focused. I notice my headache symptoms decreased as well. This sense of clarity lasted for at least an hour or so, and I continue to feel good right now, so no crash and burn side effects! I will recommend to students and anyone who needs the ability to focus! Great Product!

Great stuff…You should wiki/google this mushroom for more info on the health benefits.. there is solid research on it.. but it basically helps your nervous system regenerate and stay young. It could be a placebo effect, but this and fish oil seem to really help.

Great Product, High Cost
Good product and reputable company. But I switched to buying bulk powder due to the cost. The powder blends well by simply stirring it into your coffee every day. A little residue will settle to the bottom, so keep it stirred as you drink. The cost factor is the only thing I did not like about this product. Lion’s Mane is amazing.

I’ve tried a lot of Lion’s Mane supplements and even bulk purchases and this is the purest and most noticeable form I have found, though expensive. I think it’s worth it, and have purchased over 15 bottles so far.

This product helped my cognitive function when I was sleep challenged in Seattle!
I’ve taken many of this brand’s supplements in the past and trust the quality. I am 71 and sometimes have a little bit of slowing of my mental processes, especially if I don’t get quality sleep the night before. This past weekend fell into that category with an unexpected trip out of town.With the usual stress of travel and sleeping in an unfamiliar environment, even though it was very comfortable, I could tell I was a little tired during the day. I had not been taking this supplement regularly, yet. I needed to be sharp though, because I had to participate in some group activities. Taking the Lion’s Mane as directed on the bottle, of three capsules twice a day on an empty stomach, I could feel just a little bit of an uptick of my cognitive ability within an hour after taking them. This was especially put to the test when playing board games with my grandkids. I could do pretty well on my own with visual recognition of a matching game, and my thinking processes did not seem to be slow or lagging compared to when I have my usual full measure of sleep.These capsules are not too big and I detected no unusual taste. I was able to swallow them easily with water and had no burping or stomach upset following taking them. For these reasons I would recommend this product.I intend to finish the full bottle and if I have more input, I will update my review.

Seems legit
I’m very wary of buying supplements online due to the lack of US regulation. I want to be able to easily access information about the company and their product. This company fits the bill, though they still lack the full transparency of 3rd party testing, which I was unable to find. They still do a fairly good job of offering information about themselves, their origin, their product, and their production methods and I appreciate that.I’ve taken lions mane powder in other forms (as a powder added to food), but I wanted to try a more potent and consistent delivery. These pills are small-ish and in capsule form so they’re easy for me to swallow.

Before purchasing this product, I researched the ingredients to see if this is a product I want.The only active ingredient is Lions Mane Mushroom extract, with bioactive compounds hericenones and erinacines.The purported health benefits include: nerve regeneration; memory, focus, and concentration; reduce inflammation; anti-oxidants; lower cholesterol levels; reduces anxiety and depression; protects against neurodegenerative diseases.I’ve been taking this product for about 2 weeks because I’m getting older and am concerned with keeping my mind sharp. So far, so good.These contain no other ingredients that I consider to be controversial.I am happy to be taking these, as part of my regiment of supplements.
