Healthy weight loss. It works!
I started using this product about four months ago and alongside a healthy diet and exercise routine and going through at least 5 tubs of these lol, I lost 30 pounds with no loss of muscle. I am a fanboy of MuscleTech products in general for not only how good they taste but how effective they are. I never used this “Ripped” version before and felt I had nothing to lose. I followed the directions exactly on the container, two servings a day 30-60 minutes before my largest meals which for me were lunch and dinner. I instantly noticed an urge not to eat as much due to the combination of having consumed a protein shake beforehand as well as the appetite suppressant of the green coffee extract. There’s debate as to the green coffee effectiveness but personally it has worked for me. I noticed the weight SLOWLY coming off about 1-2 pounds a week. The thing to consider is that this is a healthy weight loss since this ensures you are not losing muscle in the process. I also noticed how easily dissolvable it is in a shaker bottle and the taste is top notch (I liked the chocolate although the vanilla isn’t too bad). I recommend giving this try as long as you follow a healthy diet and exercise routine, follow the directions, AND have patience as this ensures a slow but healthy weight loss.

My experience and objectiveReview written on the Third Day of consumption:Third protein i’ve tasted, did it with the chocolate fudge, and it smells like a drop of water were on an oreo. It does taste great. I think 8 ounces is a bit too much, since i enjoy it with more chocolate texture than watery.Thorough Description of texture:This protein is great for a lactose intolerant person like me, i haven’t drank any milk for 20 years, it just smells horrible and makes me wanna puke. This protein has a faint smell of lactose, but just take one sip and you’ll think of chocolate, it’s like, if you’ve blend a brownie and made it drinkable as a non viscous liquid somehow, this is what it would taste like.RECIPEI use one scoop per shake, i can’t give it a five since it’s my first shake, i’ve also been recommended an specifically non lactose intolerant shake.It can completely replace flour, consistent and extremely fine powder.This is a preworkout, not post workout. Drink or eat in recipe the scoop, before workout, not afterwards.HEALTHAbout results. I chose this one since it has ZERO creatine, people love to talk about creatine without having any idea of how extremely harsh it acts on your kidneys. Trust me , i’ve had rabdomyolisis, and if there’s two people who can talk about kidneys are nefrologists and me. Sure, to bend that off you just have to drink tons of water (but if you’re like me and hate water) creatine is suicide on recommended dosage.This has none of those health issues concerning creatine, maybe it has a bit more of energizers than i need, but the pro’s outweight the cons when it comes to that, it’s just a perfect balance in recovery, protein intake for someone like me who excersises for intense workouts (45 minute long) on daily basis with one to two days of rest per week.My sleep hasn’t been interrupted as i trusted one of the reviewers here whose name i forgot, who recommended to take the protein before one of the larger meals in the day and before excersise.

I usually mix 20oz chocolate Fairlife milk with one scoop. I drink in 2 servings. Good flavor, though I will add mint or raspberry syrup to change up the flavor.Find it mixes better to mix ahead in shaker bottle, then shake again before drinking.

Great choice if you want to build muscle while not gaining too much body fat. The low carbs help with not gaining too much body fat while trying tonout on muscle

Does not mix well
Ok so my only issue with this protein powder is that trying to mix this is a horrible experience!Since just using a shaker bottle doesn’t help much I tried to mix it with one of those small electric mixers with my usual fairlife milk and water but it just does not want to mix completely. When I take a sip I can feel that it tastes a bit thick and grainy, which wasn’t the case when I bought their vanilla version from their “Isowhey muscletech protein powder”I think I’m going to have to try to pre-mix it with hot liquids first and then cool it off and check if that works…
