Love vitamin gummies, but too sweet
I love the idea of gummy vitamins, but i found them to be too sweet. The ingredients include at least 3 types of sugar alternative, monk fruit, xylitol, and stevia, and I am very sensitive to stevia.I take vitamins for improving health. In this case less is more if taken with a balance and nutritional meal. The dosage is low but enough to cover my daily needs without taking so many additional supplements. The additional algal oil, omega 3, EPA DHA, turmeric, Coenzyme Q10 perhaps was too many fatty acid added, I had a build up of acid and stomach discomfort.I don’t know which ingredients may have contributed to this since I never had discomfort with the multivitamins that are included with these alternative sugar except stevia and the fatty acids. So just saying to check if youβre sensitive to any of the ingredients in here before taking.

There are a ton of gummies on Amazon that are manufactured in China. I was specifically looking for gummies made in the US, with no sugar, and at a reasonable price.I’ve been using these for a couple of months. They taste good and contain Calcium, Omega 3, and other essential vitamins that I was looking for.

First multivitamin I’ve had with omega 3
This is a fun way to take multivitamins. It’s the first variation of multivitamins that I’ve come across that has omega 3s in it which makes it really convenient. If you’re someone who hates taking multivitamins then this might be for you because it’s like you’re eating candy. Tastes pretty good. I can taste a hint of iron in it which is usually how multivitamins taste but other than that it tastes just like candy. It’s pretty expensive though. You can probably save some money by getting regular multivitamins and omega-3 supplements. It’s also not as potent as your usual multivitamin.

I’m a fan of the Women & Menβs 50+ Daily Gummy Multivitamin + Algae Omega 3 & Calcium….First, the ingredients are geared for those of us who are over 50. That’s a huge plus. There are so many really good ingredients in here, too many to list.If I can eat tasty gummies vs having to swallow pills, I’m in. These gummies have a great lime taste; the first of this flavor that i’ve had. I love the smell of limes (essential oils), the taste of lime (in my water) and now I can add lime gummies to that list. Not too strong of a taste but definitely a lime taste.Do they work? It’s so hard to determine if supplements are working without doing a before and after testing. All I can say is, since I do take supplements for my health, I’m willing to take the chance and try it out. And these are worth the try, IMO.
