I’m intrigued by the growing popularity of organic minerals sourced from the sea and decided to try a product called Corsa 365 Mineral Blend. This product, consisting of ancient ocean minerals and a “proprietary blend,” comes from boutique SoCal health lab Biotech Solutions, LLC. Since I abstain from red meat, and take no mineral supplements, it fills an essential niche.Science tells us that humans are composed of minerals. Specifically, we are ninety nine percent carbon, calcium, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and phosphorus. Mixing those elements together and adding about 0.85 percent chlorine, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and sulfur, along with the last 0.15 percent of several dozen trace elements, make up the human body. Pretty amazing!This helped me to understand the man behind Corsa, Yerlan Umarov. He moved to California and founded Biotech Solutions in 2021, based on decades of experience as a geologist and engineer, to restore the practice of using “ancient” minerals, sourced from the ocean, to assist the healing of the body. According to the company, Corsa 365 comes from an ancient mountainside ocean deposit in the Urals where Yerlan, who hails from Kazakhstan, owns a mineral deposit.While working in the mining industry, Yerlan collected personal ancedotes and conducted research, which led to a greater understanding of how minerals were used by earlier generations for medical complaints. Among his findings, he learned that Corsa 365 may be effective in eliminating radionuclides like strontium and cesium from the body. In addition, the mineral blend is believed to support liver cleansing, detoxification, cell health, and the removal of heavy metals. The product literature generally points to support of skin, bones, and the GI system. The label mentions a few other benefits, like healthy weight management, help keeping healthy blood sugar levels, and support red blood cell production. That’s quite a list of benefits! I can’t say I’ve noticed changes in these areas just yet, since it’s only been a few weeks for me on the minimum daily dose.Official serving size is 4 capsules and while using, you should drink 8 glasses of water per day. I started out taking one cap per day with a meal and am slowly increasing. There are no adverse side effects thus far. In general, I’m sleeping a bit more soundly, perhaps, and my eliminations seem somewhat “improved.” One unexpected observation – my facial hair is growing more rapidly. What used to sprout in 3 days now appears in 2 days. I’ve been shaving more regularly since starting this product. I expect many readers will find this hard to believe, and so do I, so I label the more rapid growth as a mystery. Speaking of mysteries, how DID we go from being a beaker of minerals to living, breathing, human beings?One other mystery – I am referring to the last ingredient on the label, Corsa’s Ancient Ocean Proprietary Blend, which is identified as “full spectrum ionic trace minerals” including 50mg silica, per serving. From the description, and the list of benefits, a perceptive label-reader might think this ingredient is a type of zeolite, but I can’t say that for sure. What I do know is this — each full capsule weighs just over 1 gram. Subtract 130mg for the empty capsule. That means each serving weighs about 3.48 grams or thereabouts. The Supplement List gives 285mg of Ancient Ocean Proprietary Blend per serving.In summary, I recommend Corsa 365 Mineral Blend for anyone who needs to supplement their intake of minerals, or as part of a detox regimen.

Mineral opinion
I been taking this product for a fee weeks and noticed a bit more energy ehile doing my walks and runs. I was hesistwnt in taking the recommended dse of four pills. I just take two.
