Works great, I do not feel all jittery like some of the other pre workouts, and gives me enough extra push to get through the hard cardio days! The taste is mild and not overpowering!

Best preworkout I’ve used! No jitters and no crash. The blue raspberry flavor is significantly better than the strawberry banana. I now strictly buy MTN OPS branded supplements because they are quality.

Not sure about the 20 + hours of nitric oxide release but it is a good pre workout none the less. I use it for surfing, running, gym and hunting/hiking.

Great pre workout
This is a good pre workout for someone who is somewhat sensitive to stimulants. There is a little caffeine in the supplement, however, it is not over powering and does not cause jitters. I noticed an increase in strength and stamina immediately with this pre workout. I would definitely recommend this product

Husband loves it – me not so much
My husband Loves all Mountain Ops products- he drinks this before every workout – for me however It makes me totally jittery and sluggish so I avoid preworkout drinks. Still giving it 5 stars because The taste is amazing and My husband seriously cant go without it!

Best pre-workout that I’ve used to this point. I workout 1.5-2 hours 4 times a week with plenty of sustained energy to get me through. The best part is , unlike other pre-workouts that I’ve used, my heart is not racing during the workout and I do not experience an energy crash afterwards. Hands down would buy this product again

Blue Raspberry is Awful
I’ve been using Yeti for about a year now, I’ve had 5 or so flavors and they have all been really good, but blue raspberry is terrible! Fix the flavor MTN Ops or get rid of it.
