I definitely felt an improvement in my overall energy taking this supplement!
I was skeptical about this supplement, and I admit, I did NOT test my testosterone levels after taking this one, however, I felt much more energy and felt better throughout the workday. I made a mistake of taking this before bedtime the first couple nights and I found myself feeling hot and I wanted to stay up all night, lol. I moved over to taking this in the morning and am happy to report I felt more energized and had more energy throughout the day.I don’t usually take things like this, T-boosters, but I found it to be helpful and I highly recommend this option for the quality and price. Great product.

No ill effects
As with most supplements it’s hard to gauge how well they work. There’s so many different factors going on in your body that sometimes any results get lost in the echoes of everything that is happening. I do have some good news to report on this product, however, and that is I felt no ill effects from it. Sometimes these kinds of supplements tend to upset my insides sometimes. But I’ve noticed nothing from these, and I really believe they are doing what they are supposed to. As with most things it takes time. There’s only 10 days worth of pills in the bottle, so I may not ever notice any results, but 10 days may be long enough to measure. I’ll have to see how I feel as to whether I want to get more or not. If I notice any change when I run out, that would be a good sign that they helped. They are bottled in the US, and that may not mean a whole lot, since there is no regulatory agency that oversees this, in the back of my mind it assures me. I may be old fashion in this case. I’m giving it 5 star.

Possibly a small bump in energy, no noticeable side effects
With a supplement regimen as large as mine, it is often difficult to tell which supplement is helping me in which way. However, after taking this product consistently for about 2 weeks, I’ve found that I have noticed a slight boost in my overall energy and stamina throughout the day. I would also say that my libido has increased as well. I’ll continue to take these until the bottle is out but I expect to order more based on my results so far.

Really upset my stomach and digestive system. Large capsule size. No noticeable changes.
I picked this up, hoping it would help boost my testosterone levels and maybe give me a more energetic feeling. I used this daily, three capsules per day for 30 days. Three capsules per day is a lot, especially these large capsules. For the first two weeks, I made extra trips to the bathroom. After that, I did notice a new stomach discomfort right after consumption. There are no observable differences in my energy, appetite, sleep quality, libido, or strength. It’s just a messy stomach and sometimes an uncomfortable knot. The ingredient list features some popular names in men’s supplements, but the dosage might not be where it should be for optimal effect. I have used some of the included supplements on their own in the past with more positive effects. Maybe your experience would be different, but from my perspective, this was not a good compound supplement for me.

Energy boost
Been taking this for a few weeks and have noticed a decent amount of energy boost in my overall health. In that sense, it works. I plan on taking this during my gym days for that extra pump. Have not noticed any side effects yet, if any. Good product.

I missed it in initial order that the recommended amount is 3 pills per serving. It is only one serving per day so you could take 1 three times throughout the day I guess. Any case, comes with a total of 90 pills or a one-month supply (or longer if you take less per day)Pills themselves are large but easy enough to swallow with liquid.
