MTN OPS Enduro appears to work. When starting any kind of supplement, it is difficult to determine whether certain gains are attributable to your continued training or the supplement.My cardiologist recommends his patients take an L-Arginine and L=Citrulline supplement because of the proven increase in Nitric Oxide. Increased Nitric Oxide has shown to be cardio-protective. Nitric Oxide also has the benefit of aiding in increasing your body’s ability to properly hydrate and recover. For an endurance athlete, both the heart benefits and the training benefits are a plus.On days that I miss taking Enduro, I can feel a noticeable decrease – albeit small – in my endurance. Because I feel like there is some performance gain, along with the heart healthy nature of Enduro, I would recommend the supplement. Yes, the performance impact may, at least on the short term, be a placebo effect. Great product. Love the taste and works really well. I would start with a 1/4 scoop and see how it does and use more if needed. A 1/4 scoop will give me a good boost and works most the day

Not sure if I like this
I had high hopes for this. I usually take pre-workout for my evening workouts and I have never really enjoyed having caffeine that late in the day, but figured it was a necessary evil to get the energy I need for a hard workout. Then I came across this product, which promised a non-caffeine solution. Having taken it a few times, I’m not sure I am convinced it is better.I found my lifting seems to suffer and my energy is very short lived. I did feel an initial perk in energy, but it disappears after my first exercise. I track my weight used and found I was lifting less heavy weights for each exercised compared to the week before. It wasn’t a major shift, but there was a difference.In addition, the taste isn’t my favorite. It reminds me of cough medicine. It mixes really well though in water.So I am a bit on the fence about this one. I might end up using it on days I feel energetic already or need to ensure I get a good nights rest, but it does not match a caffeine infused pre-workout mix.

My Favorite Flavor
I like Enduro when I want something to drink with some flavor and not the caffeine. This is my favorite flavor and, in my opinion, competes with the monster ultra peach. Great tasting product!
