I have been using one scoop of this product daily to increase by fiber intake. I add it to water or to a protein drink, and it tastes fine but is a little bit gritty tasting. I tried adding it to my coffee once and did not enjoy the way it tasted with the coffee. Other than that I am enjoying this product and I feel like I am getting the benefit I was hoping for.

Pretty good as I mix it half and half with Metamucil which contains aspartame and yellow dye no. 6. It makes it half as toxic while I lose weight.

Does anyone know why my fiber is doing this?
This is my forth bag and I would love to give it 5 stars because before this bag it helped me greatly. This time I got a very bad stomach ache and then noticed it was doing this …watch video. This has never happened before and I have know idea what is going on. Anyone know?

The taste is horrible, I couldn’t finish the beverage. I’ve used fiber in my daily coffee every morning for the last 10 years. Attempting to give the product a try and immediately regret it.1. The taste was extremely bad, I can only describe it as unbearable.2. It doesn’t dissolve. Left with clumps in my drink.Don’t bother asking for a refund the company just refers you back to Amazon. Amazon refers you to the manufacturer.3. Waste of money
