Great Vitamins for All
These vitamins are sold as pre-natal vitamins and I’m neither young nor pregnant. Years ago I had a health issue and my doctor prescribed prenatal vitamins. They helped.As I’ve gotten older, I have to take all kinds of supplements and vitamins on a daily basis. It’s actually ridiculous.So, when I saw these I remembered the doctor having me take prenatal vitamins all those years ago. So, I thought, what could it hurt?I read the list of ingredients in these and was amazed. They have just about everything in them! That means I can cut out a few of my supplements!I just started taking these last night. I feel very positive that they will give my body the boost that it needs. If they don’t, I’ll be sure to update this review.Overall, this is one heck of a vitamin with an amazing number of ingredients. They are large pills, but I have no trouble swallowing them. I’m so glad I ordered them!I’m pleased with these vitamins and know they will give me everything I need. The price seems steep, but it’s worth paying for a quality vitamin. I would recommend these for anyone who needs a good vitamin supplement!

No Complaints, Seems Great!
I recently switched over to this prenatal and it seems great! Love the more healthful option plus some extra herbs you don’t get with your average prenatal, plus all of the necessary ones. Easy to swallow, no weird taste. I always take with a meal because Iron can make you sick on an empty stomach. I haven’t noticed it affecting my stomach. For a more natural option the price isn’t bad either.

I take pre-natals b/c I find that they are better than most multi-vitamins. THis is no exception. I can tell with my hair and nail growth when the vitains are lacking and we are all good with this one.

This two-month supply of prenatal supplement offers the regular alphabet letter vitamins but also other natural and herbal extracts. The wide range of ingredients let me know that the baby and I are getting everything we need. The softgel is easy to swallow and there is no after taste; I always take it with a full glass of water after breakfast and lunch. The supplement is made in the USA and in a GMP-certified facility so I feel confident taking it daily.

Exceptional mix of vitamins, minerals , and herbs
Mountain Meadow Herbs Vita-MOM is comprised of an exceptional variety of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. I was pleasantly impressed by the quantities and selections of everything in this product, I was absolutely sold on it. I gave it three stars for that because it is hard to find a good selection of vitamins, minerals, and herbs that is soy free in a two pill serving. Trust me, I have meticulously searched, made spreadsheets of ingredients and quantities, compared to what is recommended during pregnancy, etc.I truly wanted to take it and enjoy it; however, since I don’t live in the state of California, I’m not used to seeing the P65 warning on products I ingest. This product came with a warning about it containing chemicals, like lead, which alarmed me because this is intended for expecting and nursing moms. After contacting the company about it (they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions), I understood why the warning is on the label. In addition, I was told, “the FDA limit is less than or equal to 10mcg per daily dose and the Prop 65 limit is less than or equal to 0.5mcg per daily dose.” Though I was told this product is below FDA limits for a daily dose, I wasn’t comfortable taking it knowing I could be willingly exposing myself to additional lead ingestion on a daily basis.

My bottle arrived in Jan 2024 with an Oct 2025 expiration – so plenty fresh. There are 30 servings in the bottle but, like many supplements with a long list of ingredients, it takes 2 capsules to get what’s listed on the bottle.This includes everything typically in a prenatal vitamin plus some additional herbs that appeal to me – ginger, peppermint, alfalfa, red raspberry, and stinging nettle (among others).It does indicate that it has gelatin of bovine origin, so it will not be suitable for strict vegetarians and vegans.The capsules are gel caps and pretty easy to swallow (though admittedly I don’t have real problems swallowing pills generally)

The ingredient list on this bottle of prenatal vitamins literally has everything!! These prenatal supplements are great for women who have recently delivered a baby and want to ensure that they get a daily dose of vitamins. The bottle has enough vitamins to last 60 days when taken as directed. The supplements are big so I will take them with plenty of water to make them easy to swallow. With everything needed in this supplement I think that they are a good value for the price paid vs. taking various single supplements to achieve the same results.
