great elliptical machine
I’ve been using this **mini elliptical** for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its design and functionality. Here’s my experience:### What I Love:1. **Portable and Compact**: The built-in handle makes it super easy to carry between rooms. It’s small enough to fit under my desk, so I can use it while working or even watching TV without taking up too much space.2. **Quiet Operation**: The motor is incredibly quiet. I can pedal away during meetings or movie nights without disturbing anyone.3. **Low-Impact Exercise**: It’s perfect for someone like me who wants to stay active without stressing my joints. It’s been great for improving my endurance and keeping me moving during otherwise sedentary activities.4. **Adjustable Resistance**: The 8 resistance levels are a game-changer. I can customize my workout intensity based on how I’m feeling, which is great for both light activity and more intense sessions.5. **Fitness Tracking**: The Modvel app syncs seamlessly with my phone, letting me track calories burned and distance traveled. It’s motivating to see my progress!6. **Non-Slip Mat**: The included mat keeps the elliptical in place and protects my floors, which is a thoughtful addition.### Room for Improvement:- The app is functional, but it could be more intuitive. It took me a little time to figure out how to sync it properly.- The pedal motion feels a bit repetitive over long periods, so I break it up with short sessions throughout the day.### Overall:This mini elliptical is a fantastic addition to my daily routine. It’s easy to use, portable, and provides an effective way to stay active while seated. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a low-impact, space-saving workout option!

Seems pretty solid, but heavy
The MODVEL Seated Under Desk Elliptical Machine feels like a well-built piece of equipment, but its weight has been a bit of a barrier to frequent use for me so far. It’s clear the machine is designed to be sturdy, which is great for stability, but that same heft makes it less convenient to move around when needed.Pros: Sturdy Build: The weight adds stability during use, which is a plus for safety and performance. Adjustable Resistance: Offers versatility for different workout intensities. LCD Display: Handy for tracking progress like time, calories burned, and distance. Quiet Operation: Whisper-quiet design makes it suitable for office or home use without disturbance.Cons: Heavy: The weight can make it cumbersome to move, especially if you plan to switch locations often. Limited Use (So Far): I haven’t used it enough yet to comment on its long-term performance.Overall:This under-desk elliptical appears to be a solid option for anyone looking for a stable and quiet workout tool. However, its weight might be a drawback for those who need something more portable. I’ll have a better sense of its value after more consistent use.

Quality under-desk elliptical!
This is a very solid and high-quality machine. Heavy, but that’s to be expected. It wouldn’t be very fun if it constantly shifted while in use. Need to consider desk height/ chair height to ensure appropriate clearance for your legs. With the importance on activity, apart from standing, there’s now a little easier way to maintain mobility.

Easy to assemble and use under desk
I love this elliptical machine under my desk! I feel like I’m really doing something productive as I sit at my desk all day! The machine was easy to assemble. I would say about 15 minutes and I was up and moving (under my desk of course). I move my feet so much under there now, I barely realize my feet are moving anymore. I don’t use the app. I can’t say much about that. I mainly do this machine to keep my circulation going while I’m sitting so long at my desk. Sometimes I get crazy and pedal very fast. lol.

Super easy to use
The MODVEL Seated Under Desk Elliptical has an internal rechargeable battery with a USB C port. It has a handle to make it easier to move, but it’s a bit heavy to transport. The floor mat is nice to keep it stable but also necessary because it has a metal base. It also comes with a tracking app, but we don’t engage with it. It’s nice to be able to mindlessly use it when sitting at the desk.

Easy to grasp, hard to master
I got this since I sit in front of my desk; 10 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week I’m staring at a computer screen switching between readers and blueblockers. All that time sitting, you tend to grow restless, and I found myself jumping out of my chair every hour – finding something to do, just to move my legs.I got these and my coworkers would argue that my productivity increased within the last month, but there’s a slight draw back… If you have a static chair, one that doesn’t raise/lower, then you’ll have a tough time depending on the desk height and/or your individual height. Luckily I have a desk which raises and lowers. The tension/difficulty knob is… well, it’s a knob that you spin to increase resistance. Apart from that, if your not “rolling” your feet then you’ll be slamming the wheels into the base – starting on a lower setting is vital to learning the muscle memory to do the harder difficulties.I’m enjoying it. 5/5
