Bottle came with 100 capsules and suggest taking one per day giving you about a little over a three month supply. Making it a pretty good value for the cost. The product claims to be free of many items including gluten, dairy, egg, soy, corn, tree nut, peanut, fish and shellfish and many others. Claims to be non GMO and vegan friendly. Bottle label also indicates it was made in a GMP certified facility in the US and third party tested. I found this product very easy to take and swallow.

More impressed than I expected to be
Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes in a plastic bag, the one benefit of which is that Amazon’s sticker didn’t get put on top of the bottle’s label, so I can still read it. It also holds some literature about the brand switching from BioInnovations Pharmacal to EcoIntegratives. The bottle comes a little more than half full. This is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies, but that is because they use a large bottle and leave it half empty or more – sometimes I can see the bottom of the bottle in between the capsules. This company, however, uses a small bottle for their capsules, so even though it is about half full, there is barely any wasted space at all. Respect.If used as directed it will last 100 days.The expiration date on mine is May 2026, so a little more than 1.5 years from now.The tiny capsules have almost no scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, GMP-certified, and made in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. They put their manufacturer on the bottle, which I appreciate. Their ecointegratives site is functional, but looks like they are still transitioning to their new branding. It does have their phone number on it. The manufacturer’s site, however, has information on their founder and company, along with a phone number for inquiries.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am more impressed with this supplement and company than I thought I would be. The price may seem high, but it’s not as bad when you break it down over more than three months, and factor in the peace of mind of getting a quality supplement from a reliable company. Pricey, But Effective!
As I get older, I worry about the strength of my bones. I take this supplement with K2 to help my bones stay strong, healthy and functioning great. As an added bonus, they are supposed to help your heart and immune system, too! I have no way of testing the long-term effects of this supplement, but I feel great and believe that they are helping fill in any gaps in my nutrition.The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. You can take it with or without food. I have not experienced any stomach discomfort either way. I have not experienced any side effects either. These supplements appear to be made of high quality ingredients and I appreciate the company’s transparency with ingredients and product claims.

High quality & very high cost
Nobody will be purchasing this supplement at such a high price. There are equivalent products at 50% the price, or even less; thus, despite the high quality (tiny capsules easy to swallow, single ingredient, no fillers) I doubt anyone will find a reasonable value/cost justification for their business.As for the product itself, it is high quality. I have been using it for a week or so and can report there is nothing I take issue with the Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 supplement. I got this to help with cardiovascular function as I begin to workout again in my 40’s. If I see significant benefits to using this product, less muscle fatigue and more efficient circulation, then I will update my review and possibly add a star. Nonetheless, this product is very much overpriced and the company is not some highly renowned manufacturer that garners the respect the $50 price tag suggests. Excellent quality, important supplement
I have always bruised rather easily and also been a slow healer. Now that I understand better how K2 works in the human body, and some of the various really important functions it fulfills, I wonder whether those conditions may have had anything to do with a K2 deficiency. I also lost a very dear friend because the calcium in his body went to places other than his bones, and it is not a good way to go. So this supplement seems like an excellent idea to me. I really like that it has just one natural, non-synthetic source, which is natto. Natto is something you will not find in American cuisine, it is a Japanese “delicacy”.Now, you could try to just eat natto. It has been touted for centuries for its health benefits. But I must tell you, I have tried, and, although I have a very open minded palate, natto is just disgusting for most of us. Natto is fermented soy, but the consistency, is, well, very akin to snot. There is just no nice way of saying it. I have tried dressing it up with onions and soy sauce and seaweed, but… yuck.So I think getting its benefits from a nice simple to swallow capsule is preferable. And important. And this looks to be produced by a company with very high standards. So I would recommend.
