Good Ingredients
I have read that methyltetrahydrofolate can be better absorbed than regular folic acid that most supplements use. It is nice to see that this prenatal blend includes it. I also appreciate that it is an American company and that they have gone through third party testing, rather than being from a sketchy company where you don’t know what you’re actually getting.

Solid Prenatal Vitamin, Slightly Higher Price for 30-Day Supply
I’ve been taking the MIRA Prenatal Multi-Vitamins for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! They’re packed with all the essential vitamins and minerals you need, especially during pregnancy, like folic acid, iron, and calcium. I love that it’s a one-a-day pill—super convenient for busy days. The vitamins don’t have a strong aftertaste like some others I’ve tried, which is a big plus. Plus, they’re easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, so no issues there. That being said, the price is a bit on the higher side for a 30-day serving, but if you’re looking for high-quality ingredients and a trusted brand, it’s worth considering.Overall, I’m feeling great while taking them, and I trust that they’re supporting both my health and the baby’s development. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable prenatal vitamin!

Third party lab tested and made in the US
One thing I do appreciate is that these vitamins claim to be third party lab tested and made in the US. They have not been evaluated by the FDA but a lot of vitamins and supplements haven’t.That being said, these vitamins are easy to swallow. These gel capsules don’t sit well in my stomach by themselves, but I do much better if I eat something before taking them. Other reviewers have claimed that they smell awful. I do agree that they have a smell, but I personally wouldn’t describe it as awful. I smell it long enough to take it out of the bottle so it doesn’t bother me.Overall they seem fine. I do appreciate the extra effort to have them tested and made in the US. If the price is right I would buy again.

Great vitamins
I love the vitamins in these it has a bit of everything and once I found out I was pregnant I started taking them but now I’m further along and the smell is taking me out. My nose can’t handle and I can’t swallow them. Being in the first trimester makes it hard when I had no issue in the first few weeks. I’m going to keep them and try again when I’m further in my pregnancy because it has everything but omega I think it’s Worth a do over

Smell a bit weird
The only thing this pills put me off is that it smell kind of fishy. Not sure if it’s because of the ingredients or the pill is broken. Hard to take it.

It’s a good vitamin
I like taking this vitamin, it leaves no after taste and is easy to swallow.I hope it will help me during my “trying to conceive” journey.I stopped taking my iton supplement becausr this one has iron in it, I think it’s making me a bit constipated that’s why I removed 1 star.It has magnesium which is a good thing for me.

Not noticing any difference?
Not sure if it’s doing anything after about a week of use.
