Love this powder. Very light on the palette. The price is very good. I drink half a scoop, with 80z of water x4 every night. It helps my sleep, keep me hydrated. Tastes great and zero sugar. I purchased this powder to help me get my magnesium the easy way because it’s already flavored as opposed to using non flavored magnesium glycinate that I hated taking because it tasted so gross. The past few nights I have been taking 1 scoop before bed and I really feel like it has been helping me sleep better, mostly sleep deeper and not wake up as much as usual. It tastes good and is easy to mix into water. Good, clean and minimal ingredients and no sugar! Can’t ask for better than that.

I can’t say enough about the sleep benefit of this product and I’ve tried many!
I’m hoping this does improve my bone health having broken my humerus on both arms so time will tell. But! I am very happy to report the sleep benefit has been nothing short of phenomenal! I have had issues falling to sleep and staying asleep once I do. After taking only 2 of these about an hour before going to bed I FALL ASLEEP relatively quickly and although I still wake up, I go right back to sleep. I used to wake up around 2AM and be awake until at least 5 until I’d doze off but by then it’s almost time to get up. I feel refreshed after sleep now! What an improvement! Best of all it’s natural!

Received order a day early, everything arrived in good shape. I mixed a glass up and drank it down. Flavor is ok, not too strong. I like that there is no added sugar, it’s sweetened with stevia. Having only taken it once I can’t comment on it’s effectiveness yet. I will update this review when I’ve taken it for the month that it’s supposed to last. Hopefully it will help improve my health. Plan on taking it near bedtime to help me get better sleep.

It’s the best form to take.
See Dr Berg on you tube. There’s a few different kinds. Glycolate is the best. Only take citrate if you need to unplug stuck p**p! I drank a lot of citrate for a colonoscopy. I added berry- STUR for flavour. That works great. We need a ton of magnesium. I highly recommend the glycolate by micro ingredients. Use as recommended. :0)
