This exercise bike is just like riding an actual bike. It’s not very wide so it can fit in most areas and it looks nice. You can adjust the tension to make it easier or harder to pedal depending on your needs. It keeps track of your speed, distance, time, how many calories you’ve burned and your pulse. You can have your phone or tablet right there in front of you so you can either watch videos or a movie depending on what you want to do. It’s quiet and stylish. Great value for the money.
