Something that finally works
I have tried several brands of probiotics but found that they never really worked or they worked too well and caused more issues than helping. I came across these and thought I’d give them a try and am so glad I did! Not only are they easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach when just taken with water, but I am no longer having issues or problems. Before it felt as though I was either feeling too dry or getting yeast infections. Since taking these for about a month now, Not having those problems anymore. I’ve become a lot more regular and having more solid bm’s too. Plus, the price I paid for these and with my results, definitely not that bad at all! Cost way less than what I was paying for most probiotics on the market and these work! Not to mention, no gross capsule taste afterwards either.

Collagen is the star for me in this
I got this for the collagen peptides because my 63yr-old skin on my entire body is dry, sensitive and getting thin and crepey (except my face, which is somehow still youthful:)).Vitamins B6 and D3 work with the soy isoflavones, a phyto-estrogen, to help replenish some estrogen that I clearly lack now. The rest of the herbal blend is packed with highly recommended nutrients especially turmeric.I don’t like that the amount of EACH ingredient has not been listed. We have no idea what exactly we are getting of the herbs and vitamins.To me the probiotics are more of a bonus. I wasn’t seeking them, but they can only help the gut microbiome, which basically connects to the health of everything in the body.So, this is a comprehensive supplement for pre-and post-menopausal women.I cut a capsule open to taste it so see if throwing it into a smoothie was an option. (The capsules do not pull apart.) It has a very sharp, strong flavor that I don’t think anyone would want it mixed in with anything.Taking 3 of these a day is too high-maintenance for me. 1/day will provide minimal benefit, but better than nothing.Nice blend if you can afford it and don’t mind the effort.

3 capsules a day keeps odor away …
These Anven Health Vaginal Probiotics have all the probiotics (7 strains) I have been taking plus blends of “raw fruits and veggies” and “herbs and fiber”. Saffron is pretty expensive, as is chaste berry, and happy to see those micro power herbs in this product. I’ve recently read about the benefits of both these ingredients relative to PMS. There is also inulin (a pre biotic that works to promote bacteria in the bowel) and lecithin (breaks down into acetylcholine to support nerve health). Overall the ingredients seem to be a thoughtful probiotic, but i can’t speak to whether this has an effect on vaginal odor as that is such an individual thing. For me, these do not seem to make a difference one way or the other … been taking probiotics for years with good results (good digestion, no vaginal odor, no gas, and no bloating).There is nothing in this product I don’t want, even the magnesium stearate in the veggie capsule has an important role to provide a “delayed release” and consistency effect so the ingredients don’t break down before they can do their job in the gut.The key to probiotics is to take then consistently to build up the microflora in the gut. If gut health is interesting to you, there is a ton of info on the importance of microbiomes and health to be found. I do try to mix it up by trying different strains and products. This product ranks up there in terms of helping me keep my gut healthy. The gut brain connection has been well documented and probiotics are just like a daily vitamin for me.One of the important things with probiotics is quality. This Anven Health Vaginal Probiotics product description and label states this product is third party lab tested, GMP certified, and non GMO. Not sure where these are made, as there is no indication. At the very least I look for the testing and GMP certification, as FDA doesn’t regulate over the counter (OTC) supplements. These have no odor or taste and the capsules are all uniform in color and size. I do find the the best probiotics state that they test for active strains to verify the CFUs at the time of bottling. There’s no indication of that on this product.Overall pretty happy with this Anven Health Vaginal Probiotic + blends. The 3 capsules enable me to take one with each meal, versus loading them up all at once – that’s just how I prefer to take them and appreciate that this product provides that option.
